Yeah it was brutal and supposedly not supposed to be to failure but now way you can guess how low you need to drop the weights using the techniques he has you doing. Shoot it said 60% but I was dying at 60 and had to go down around 40 in the end on some...

In for the knowledge.

Okay today's workout was brutal I am not supposed to be sore from these workouts but there is NO WAY I am not going to be hurting tomorrow!

Again tempo is 2-0-2-0 no locking out to keep constant tension, 3 minutes rest after super sets.
Super Set A

Barbell Bench - 4x15 using inward intentions.
Machine Flies - 4x20

Super Set B
45 Degree DB Incline 15x5
30 Degree Incline Flies 20x3

Alternating hand single cable triceps extensions 15, 12, 10, 15 + NOS sets - this was supposed to be 4 separate sets with 1 minute between however I read it incorrectly and made it so much harder on myself. I did 15 on one arm 15 on the other then immediately added weight and did 12, then added weight ands did 10, dropped weight to what I did 12 with and forced 15 and 2 drops on each arm. Can you say BRUTAL!!! I missed the 1 minute rest between the 4 sets...

Super Set C
Reverse Grip Cable Triceps Extensions - 4x15
Incline Skull Crushers - 20x3

TOASTED! My chest & triceps didn't know what hit them... I was looking huge too and had no carbs all day. Did some carb backloading today 280-300 grams post workout BOOM filling up and sweating as I type this. LOL

Yeah this whole thing is beast mode but I think he is trying to cram a lot of execution of various exercises into a week so you are familiar with how they should feel and also to get the body to increase mitochondria so it can excel during the actual program. Of course I could be wrong.
That's why I love hormones that make you feel "in the zone". Sometimes you just workout forever!
Well right now only hormones I am on is my TRT dose while I get ready for all the testing. I have to pee in a bottle for 24 hours right now which is fun let me tell you. They should have given me two bottles. I told them I would fill that up gone in it twice and it is a 5th of the way full. No doubt I will down 1/2 gallon of water during today's leg workout... I guess I am going to try to pee before I go then hopefully not pee again until I come home. I am not carrying a piss jug with me to the gym... When I turn it in tomorrow I will be sent for some labs. Not sure which ones she is running just yet. I know creatinine and BUN for certain and probably just about everything else other than testosterone and hepatic since I gave her the results of those from the other week. I hope she does so I don't have to worry about getting them for a physical and can just do a physical beginning of next year.

Walking Lunges 15/leg x 4 set
Leg Extension 20 x 4 sets

Super Set C
Seated Calve Raise 20 x 3 sets
Stiff legged Dead lifts 15 x 3 sets
Single Leg Leg Press 20/leg x 3 sets

I can't lie I was dying by the end of the 2nd super set. The 3rd was just punishing!!!

Can't wait to get my gyno removed; between puberty and cycling I'm a mess - hopefully next year, and hopefully sooner rather than later. Out of pocket is supposed to be a good 6 grand.

LOL Looking thick and yeah it is not cheap out of pocket we will see if insurance will cover it the key is to say it hurts sometimes, and when it does it causes problems with your normal daily activities. You need to start telling your doctor this now. Make sure your estro is under control so when they test it there is no obvious or treatable reason it is there... That is your only bet for insurance that or something like jdg76 talked about earlier have a doc who is cool say it is precancerous.

Major success; just wish I'd have called for 578 or 583 on deadlift lol - turns out 45mg of DMZ and 120mg of Dianadrol make for a pretty potent boost!

Agreed which is why I mentioned he needs to be complaining of pain and discomfort affecting his every day life. It is the only way if he even once says he doesn't like the way it looks to them boom cosmetic request... DENIED!!!

Today is a blessed off day! WooHoo! My body is thanking me for it already. Everything is sore and my legs are getting more sore by the minute.

Ralox is a different class drug (SERM) than letro (AI).

Raloxifene is something like 5x better than Nolva at blocking e2 at the breast tissue receptor site. Can't remember exact numbers from studies. That said a very good reversal stack is LETRO/ralox.

Unfortunately in his case it's been there. It's solidified and became breast tissue. Surgery is the only option.

Like kleen, I have a bit of sensitivity to gyno as well. I know him and I have discussed raloxifene at great lengths.

If it's cold out, my chest looks great, but if it's hot, they tend to point more lol, if that makes any sense.

I've pushed on them and what not not, I don't feel anything behind them.

Haha yah. I'd assume it has something to do with the temperature (just like our nuts) but I'm not sure if some levels are still off due to my last run.

Thinking 1-Andro may be the culprit.

You would know if it was your pec muscle you were grabbing more nerves in your pec muscle if in doubt treat for it and be sure to shrink it up while it is new.

Same layout tempo 2-0-2-0 supersets with 3 minute rest periods after each superset was completed.

Super Set 1
Bent Over Barbell Rows 15 x 4 sets
Seated DB Side Raises 20 x4 sets
Seated DB Curls 20 x4 sets

Super Set 2
Wide Grip Pulldowns 20 x4
Machine Shoulder Press 15x4
Preacher Curl machine 10x4

Super Set 3
Bent Over Cable Rows x15 x2
Bent over rear delt cable raise 12 x2
Cable Curls 15x2

Superset 4
Underhand grip cable rows - 20x2
DB Front raises 15x2
Concentration Curls 15x2

Man I was pumped I cut one rotation off the last two supersets because i was running out of time. Workout was definitely a beast!!!!

I am having to wait, my doc only did the kidney related stuff and a CBC differential Monday she wants to get to the bottome of this before doing my Physical when she can run all of y blood work. So I am going to have to wait until then while it stares at me begging me to come and use it. I don't want to mess up my lipids and everything before my physical. Just not smart. Man looks like you ripped up some looking at your AVI.

I have a lot of breast tissue now; it's pretty bad - at least lvl 3 out of 7, if you look at a cosmetic gyno chart rating progression. Mine ONLY look good when it's cold; that pic I posted earlier I was cool after getting fresh out the shower. At work, the gym, most of the time in general (especially on cycle) I'm hot/warm and they'll look way worse. If you flex your chest and lean forward in a most muscular pose, everything that hangs off the flexed pec is skin, fat, and (if present) gyno. Pinch that and feel if there's any resisting mass the way Kleen suggested. It will be obvious if you're honest with yourself.
