I've started and stopped m1t several times. It's day 4 now.is it possible that thits not only that trest that aromatizes heavily .
you are mixing it with m1t which is said to have a heavy conversion ratio too.
I am currently at 75mg trest ed and with 3 caps arimacare im doing fine, no formeron atm

There are many reasons for speed work but for me it's just a simple way to work with my form, weak points and to prevent myself from overtraining. I did some squat speed work today but my posts look like a mess again so I'll update it later.May be a noob question, but what's the purpose of the speed work, and how much after are you pushing it? I put chains around my neck so I don't have to hold the weight and can maintain appropriate balance. I started small and worked up. Was up to BW+70 x 10 x3sets. Yeah for sure. My training partner is a beast with GHR's and he has the best hamstrings I've ever seen, considering that he is all natural.GHR is what makes a boy a man! lol
