M-sten cycle help please

Hey guys I am interested in doing a cycle of M-sten by assault labs, It'll be my second ph cycle although the first was ph-19 so that's nothing close. I already have the M-sten and blockade for on cycle support, I was wondering if I should get daa max or something similar as well as if I should get erase for after I'm off cycle to help with estrogen even though it doesn't aromatize. I was also wondering about pct, I don't have a source for a SERM besides ordering online. I found a site that has clomid (clomiphene citrate) at 50 mg per pill and its a box of 10. I was hoping to get some suggestions on dosage as well as I'm fairly new to phs. I've been researching for months but I figure it'd be best to just get a few opinions on people with experience. Any help would be much appreciated guys Thanks in advance.

Also I'm currently 5'10'' 160 and my goal is just to gain some size while staying lean or cutting, I eat around 3000-3500 cals a day and plan to up my cals to around 3500-4000 on my cycle. I drink a good amount of water a day, my current supps are platinum hydrowhey, zinc, multi vitamin, fish oil, omega-3, milkthistle, and casein at night. Thanks again guys.

And an AI like arimistane

I like to add xgels into my pct, as this will help keep gains. And increase strength.

Arimistane is the OG erase. Ya erase would be fine. Blockade through whole cycle

That's done because milk thistle and hawthorn berry take time to kick in. You can preload if you like but not necessary

That's done because milk thistle and hawthorn berry take time to kick in. You can preload if you like but not necessary

hawthorn berry gives you an initial bp spike, that's why it's started before the cycle.

Msten is ran at 10-30mg only very experienced guys should hit doses around 40mg. I personally feel the sweet spot is 20mg. I'd start at 12-16 and then move to 20.
Estro rebound happens after the serm is completed, hence the reason for running your AI two weeks past it. Make sure you have letro or adex on hand. Even formeron would be good. I would almost replace the arimistane with formeron of I where you...

Ok, so arimistane IS erase.
An AI like letro or adex can not replace a serm in pct.
the only reason I said have one of those on hand is incase you have sides.
Run the pct I wrote out for you. It will be good.

Do a lot more research man, you're getting some things mixed up that should be basic knowledge if you've done your homework.

Also 12-16 is a good starting dose For msten. If you are all good bump it up to 20mg. I wouldn't recommend going above the 20-24mg range though sense it's your first time with the compound.

Id choose formeron over erase any day.

As far as shutdown, just plan to be 100% shutdown and plan for 100% recovery. That way you can't go wrong either way. Respect every cycle you run and you'll be gtg.

Msten will shut you down harder than almost all other legal steroids. Erase should be enough yes.
And I can't promise you a smooth cycle, you could react badly to the compound. However most sides are easily fixed.
Your pct is gtg though.
Maybe consider a less harsh steroid? Use the same pct though,

You'll be gtg with the pct reps4jesus has laid out.

However I agree with him, I'd pick another cycle.

As far as the AI, erase may be fine for you, but I personally wouldn't use it. Aromasin or Formeron for me.

No bro, I'd just use formeron from day 1 to week 6 of pct. I myself wouldn't rely on Erase, there are better options out there. If your stuck on non topical get an RC AI. You could run 2 AI"s but if the first one is doing it's job, there is no need for a 2nd unless your just being over cautious.

If you do a 4 week cycle. Take 2 weeks off and then start again and run it 2 weeks past your serm that 8 weeks of total usage, I believe some brands of formeron have enough for that.
If you run it straight for weeks 1-10 you need 2 bottles for sure.

Yea, If you do it the way I said, you'll need 2 bottles for sure. This way ^^ will work just fine and you may have enough with 1 bottle.

If there is no convincing you NOT to jump on a PH, start off with Epi. Methylsten at 160 LBS is pointless, IMO.

ok, at 47, first cycle in 27 years (one winstrol at 20, at 140 lbs, unable to gain wait, till then), what would you recommend as a first cycle.? I too have the exact aforementioned stack, but am seriously considering holding it for later.
