Congrats Dan and Justin! I woke up late this morning so I didn't get pics. I may have screwed myself because tonight I am feasting. I will take some pics tomorrow but if they look horrible from tonight's festivities I will just take some on Sunday after I have a day for the water to clear back off. I assume that won't be a problem since we talked about getting them in by the end of the weekend. That or you all can look at the pics I put in on the 8th which in my opinion is basically already at my goal.

I will say this I was looking pretty damn lean last night.

Ok. So no input was made on my comments about my calipers being wrong due to operator error. I'll deadlift. But I'm not wearing a dress. I'm extremely happy about my progress this far and I'm going to keep pushing after this to continue to tighten up and add size and continue with weak point training. And pictures tomorrow for all. I refed last night. Not really soft. Actually down 1 lb from yesterday.

I'm extremely happy about my progress this far and I'm going to keep pushing after this to continue to tighten up and add size and continue with weak point training. And pictures tomorrow for all. Haha dude you don't have to deadlift if you feel you accomplished what you set out to do. Fuk what what the calipers say or said this whole thing was about competing with yourself. If YOU feel you did what you set out to do no dress is needed...
Booty shorts shorts and a sports bra will suffice ;)

Agreed. So in that vane do I need to worry about taking more pics this weekend or just use the ones from last week where I was already there in my opinion? This is a vote for you all to weigh in on because my original plan was to take pics this morning then refeed all weekend and start right back on the leaning train Monday just with slightly higher calories.

If you all agree that I succeeded by the pics I took last week then I am not going to bother messing up my planned refeed trying to maintain the look of my physique. Here is where I was last week.

We made it guys :) Had a carb up last night so a bit washed out but it's been a fun journey guys.
I need to keep that lean year round... Truely freaky.

24+ total. Refed last night and definitely holding water. You're lookin' awful big and lean.




Final lift update. Smashed my breakfast. Hit the arms 20 minutes later (was still starving). Still crushing and setting PRs gents.

Vbar pd 4x20

Seated dips 4 sets last set I PRed on reps. 3 plates and a quarter per side. 7 reps

Overhead rope ext 4 sets

Pronated cable kickbacks 4 sets.

Seated supported db curls 4 sets. Last 2 sets were PRs in weight.

Db hammer curls 4 sets. Last set was pr on reps

Reverse grip curls 4 sets

Preacher machine 4 sets

Seated calves dc rep count

Standing calves dc rep count.

Once I figure out how to upload vids I'll post my dead lift. Photos tomorrow.

Dude, Super you truly are a beast you pulled that like butter baby! Your form scared me a bit because you started with a very rounded back, basically looked like a stiff leg dead lift with a rounded back. However you pulled it with such ease that there wasn't any need for worry.

So it seems like you all are saying that I made it from my pic posted from last week. If that is the case please let me know for sure because if not I need to watch what I am eating so I don't ruin my chances.

I have horrible hip mobility, long legs and short arms. I much prefer a dead squat to a dead for that reason. Just can't quite get comfortable on the barbell.

I'd say you did fine. You leaned up big time. The new pics were soggy but if you're gonna cheat tonight with the wife last weeks shots will deff suffice. I'm a bit bloaty today from my refeed so I'm gonna wait till tomorrow for my shots. I'm sure y'all could tell by looking but meh.. I like to be at my best. It's why i don't post much.

Congrats everyone on reaching your goals! Looking real good up in here fellas! Looks like I'll be the only one dead lifting in a dress, life threw some major curveballs at me during this period and I haven't been able to commit hugely to my goals which is unfortunate. Nevertheless I'm a man of my word and when I get back home next week ill deadlift in a dress.

Thanks dudes! I wish I wouldn't have waited for the last 6 weeks to start dieting ha I could have came in way better but I just peeked back to the beginning of the log and I think I see some definite changes. I think it's safe to say I found a routine as far as cals/macros/micros that work pretty well for me.

Thanks Brother! Was a great run, I kind of wish that I could have tossed more food at it I feel I could have really added some mass while still getting leaner if I had even tossed 2500 at it but I waited too long before the cycle to start being serious enough about diet.

Damn Straight Justin! You helped get me motivated to get off my ass in this one too. Definitely going to continue leaning out while trying to increase calories.

Okay Damn now that I responded to everyone. LOL

So this weekend I did a mad dash down the diet restriction isle and had a little bit of everything I have been denying myself the last 6 weeks. I am big as hell, with a tiny bit of spill over and actually feel swollen, but no complaints! I think I got all of the "bad eats" out of my system for a bit and am back on the dietary train here as I am not to my goal yet but am exactly where I want to be. Lean enough I look good without a shirt, and knowing I can build calories up slowly now while continuing to lean out is a good feeling.

Just so you guys know I haven't had a chance to do my punishment yet ie deadlift in a dress, I've started a new job and unfortunately training has been inconsistent at best, I haven't forgotten and once things settle down a bit ill honour my word.
