Had a carb up last night so a bit washed out but it's been a fun journey guys.
I need to keep that lean year round... Truely freaky.

I didn't realize it was a question. Man you lost 20 lbs you are good in my book but I would like to see pics of you now since we haven't seen any recently. Just because I wanna see how you are looking. Agreed. Agreed. So in that vane do I need to worry about taking more pics this weekend or just use the ones from last week where I was already there in my opinion? This is a vote for you all to weigh in on because my original plan was to take pics this morning then refeed all weekend and start right back on the leaning train Monday just with slightly higher calories. If you all agree that I succeeded by the pics I took last week then I am not going to bother messing up my planned refeed trying to maintain the look of my physique. Here is where I was last week.

Final lift update. Smashed my breakfast. Hit the arms 20 minutes later (was still starving). Still crushing and setting PRs gents.

Overhead rope ext 4 sets
Pronated cable kickbacks 4 sets.
Seated supported db curls 4 sets. Last 2 sets were PRs in weight.
Db hammer curls 4 sets. Last set was pr on reps
Reverse grip curls 4 sets
Preacher machine 4 sets
Seated calves dc rep count
Standing calves dc rep count.
