Well you need healthy fats lol how are you sleeping on tren? LolObviously i cant eat 0 fat but im pretty darn close i only get about 10g of trace sat fat. Anyways fml i woke too late to workout today. Working 15 hour day rest of week but ima squeeze in a couple sessions.. Chest mañana.

Ahhhhhh, ok I am up all night! Get up no later than 6 lol trying to cut carbs earlier in the day, so far I am failing at that lolI usually do incorporate healthy fats. But a few weeks just while on tren cant be terrible. Ill link up the studies i was talking about later. That might get you dropping your fat intake and upping your carbs when running tren..sleep is great.. Prami knocks me the fug out and i nights i dont take prami i pop some melatonin and wake up once or twice but can feel great off of 4-5 hours of sleep. Obviously i shoot for 7-8 though.. I am starting to sweat a lot more its gotta be from the carbs
