Yo kbayne, nice veins . Glad the presses worked out. I forgot to try them face up, but figured you could use more weight. I'll put a note in Jefit to add them next week and will let you know what I think.
It was horrible haha. I chugged about 32oz of water afterlol at the pic of the Cissus and ALCAR on a spoon. That had to have been rough.
Awesome, thanks . I'm not a very vascular guy at all (even at lower BF%) so when the veins start to pop it usually is a good thing. I'm excited to see what you think about them. I also did reverse overhead presses yesterday (not sure exactly what they're called). I didn't know my gym had one in the circuit machine spot but it felt awesome (first time trying them).Yo kbayne, nice veins . Glad the presses worked out. Enhanced gets my veins popping pretty good as well. "Reverse overhead press" works haha. I didn't know what to call them either. Glad you got to give them a shot. It's my new favorite machine exercise.Awesome, thanks . I'm not a very vascular guy at all (even at lower BF%) so when the veins start to pop it usually is a good thing. Where do you live, AZ?Did some hill sprints on this incline. Did about 20 sprints which were about 20 seconds each.
<img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=78392"/>
I was then looking around and saw this trail. So I though "why not?" I answered my own question about 3/4 the way up. Legs turned to jello and though I was going to fall down haha. It was practically straight up. Did one of these after the other sprints and said that was good.
The picture below is from the top obviously so it doesn't really show the incline but it was intense.
<img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=78393"/>
Got about 35 minutes in of intense cardio. Good way to start the day .
Wont be able to hit weights again today .
So the pictures are from Utah? coolMy mom moved to La Vermin, Utah which is right by St. George, Utah. My dad lives in Glendale, Arizona. And I go to school in Wyoming.
First off I love that you used the word trousers, I haven't heard that in quite some timeMost of my trousers have a big waist so I can get them over my thighs.
Once I was walking around the supermarket without a belt and my trousers suddenly fell down to my ankles, no joke lol.
That's so funny. The English language (the American version) is goofy, one word with two meaningsI forget that in America you call them pants.
Pants here means underwear so although you would have understood what I meant, if anyone from England had read that my pants fell down they would have assumed I needed to be promptly arrested lol.
Hahahaha I would have loved to see that happen to someone. Most of my trousers have a big waist so I can get them over my thighs.

That is how it was for me while I was bulking before cutting. Pants would harder zip up haha. I have a big a$$ alsoFirst off I love that you used the word trousers, I haven't heard that in quite some time
Ever since I started squatting heavy my a$s and thighs no longer fit in my Jeans...
I have to fight to get them first over my thighs then around my ass and once they hit my waist I need a belt. Fortunately my as$ is so big that it can hold my pants up
Lol. I like the word trousersI forget that in America you call them pants.

Ya, I didn't plan on leaving until tomorrow but a big storm is suppose to hit around where my mom lives. Couldn't risk staying. 18 hours of driving in 3 days round trip.Hitting the road again?
Funny you say that because where my destination is, there is a huge storm coming in also. That's rough. I guess it's better than dealing with a storm though.
My biggest road trip was to Florida, back when I was in high school. 3 dudes in a 2 door mustang
Excellent review kbayne. Your results are awesome. Side question, how tall are youFinal Review
Started this stack coming off a bulk which I was weighing ~225.
For this whole cycle, I was CHO cycling. 3 days of low CHO (50-100 low days and 300-350 high days). Most CHO were taking with post workout meal and if I did have a meal pre-workout, I would get in some CHO with this meal also.
Other supplements used:
Creatine
BA
CM
Fish Oil
Multi
Agamtine
AlCAR
Na-R-ALA
Dosed Na-R-ALA, Agmatine, and ALCAR were taking pre deals twice per day:
- 300 mg Na-R-ALA
- 500 mg Agmatine
- 500-750 mg ALCAR
Erase Pro and Erase
Erase Pro:
I ran Erase Pro for 4 weeks at 1 cap per day pre-workout and 1 cap in the morning on off days. Started to notice a drying out effect within a week of use. Nothing too intense at first, but as I continued to dose, I definitely noticed a leaning and drying out effect. I didn't get any dry joints issues or anything like that with EPro.
Around week 2 I really started to notice EPro kicking in. Waking up dryer and harder every morning. Vascularity started to come out little by little as the days went on. Around this time, I could feel my libido start to increase. Libido only continued to get stronger with use. Never felt libido crashing at all.
Weeks 3-4 the results kept getting better and better. I noticed that fat was starting to melt away and that my waist line was shrinking. Strength also had started to increase with EPro. In the gym, I could tell a difference in the mirror with how I looked (muscle hardness, definition, etc).
Erase:
Started Erase immediately after my last dose of EPro. I dosed all 3 caps either in the morning or pre-workout. Didn't notice any joint issues with this either (which is usually a good indicator to jump up and use EPro ). As my bodyfat% got lower, I could notice a more drying out effect along with looking much leaner. Personally, I would run EPro with a lower bodyfat% just because it really starts to have you looking much leaner and harder.
Both products did exactly what they stated they would do. I never get joint issues from the full 75mg dose, so personally I would use EPro over Erase. I would recommend for anyone who has not taking Erase, to start with OG Erase rather then EPro just to get a feel for it and see how it effects you. If the full 75mg doesn't cause any issues, then jump on EPro
Versa-1
Ran for 8 weeks.
I was very interested in running this from all the Beta-Testers reviews.
The first week and a half, I really didn't notice much from V-1. I did however notice some increased focus in the gym but that is all.
Around week 2.5 is when it really started to kick in for me. I was getting some very intense gym sessions from the focus and energy. I also notice a body temperature increase while working out. Noticed more sweating and more fat loss also. Vascularity was also increasing as the weeks went on.
Around weeks 3-4, the DOMS kicked in. At first they were pretty intense but they did however level off. Strength was increasing around week 4 more then I noticed previously. Nothing crazy in strength gains but it was noticeable to say the least.
I didn't however get the hunger increases that others had reported on. I felt though that V-1 helped keep unwanted fat gain off throughout the cycle of use .
I would recommend an 8 week run of this to get the full benefits. It took about 3 weeks to start to feel V-1 kick in fully and once it did, I was very excited for the rest of the cycle use.
Alphamine
Ran for 4 weeks with 1.5 scoop in the morning and 1.5 scoops pre-workout for the most part. On off days, I did 1 scoop 3 times per day.
I used FP flavor. The flavor is very delicious. I used about 8-9oz of water with my 1.5 scoop doses. I usually am not a huge fan of FP just because every company has this flavor for one of the choices. This FP flavor however is the best that I have tried to date. Another huge plus, is just opening the tub haha. I shook my tub prior to opening each and every time, and the smell from Alphamine alone was amazing.
Alphamine mixed up very nicely. Shook for about 10 seconds each time and nothing was ever at the bottle of the shaker.
The appetite suppression from Alphamine was insane. I feel into IF'ing because of this. At first I was dosing upon waking in the morning and trying to eat my first meal about 45-60 minutes later. I could hardly get everything on my plate down. So this is why I switched to IF'ing.
I was dosing Alphamine pre-fasted cardio in the morning. The energy kicked in about 10 minutes. I was sweating very heavily during my cardio sessions and felt great. This really helped me get up and going right away in the morning. For pre-workout, I dosed my 1.5 scoops about 30 minutes prior to gym session. I added some CM, Agmatine, and BA to it. The workouts I got from using it pre-workout were also very nice. Increased body temperature, sweating, and energy were there each and every time.
I tried 2 scoops every once and a while. I could not do 2 scoops most of the time because it was just too much for me. 1.5 was my sweet spot for sure. The energy from Alphamine lasted for about 4-5 hours and there was no crash whatsoever.
Anabeta Elite
Started ABE in week 5. Ran for 4 weeks with 2 caps pre-workout and 2 caps pre post workout meal.
ABE started to kick in for me around the end of week 1. I could tell there was a hunger increase from Anabeta, but the Alphamine helped level that off. I also noticed the increased thirst pretty much right away. This however did not last the whole cycle either.
Week 2 I could started to notice more physique changes. I was looking fuller in the mirror day after day. The all day fullness is what I really love about Anabeta/Anabeta Elite. Really started to kick in around this week. I was looking bigger in the mirror even though I was losing weight (fat loss). This was a huge plus.
Weeks 3-4 was amazing while on ABE. The added forskolin is a very nice addition to ABE. Forskolin really has so many benefits that it made perfect sense to add it into ABE. I had ran OG Anabeta plenty of times so I am aware of what the added forskolin had done to help out. I noticed more body composition changes in the mirror first and foremost. I know that it is recommended to run forskolin for a longer period of time to get the full effects, which I would recommend, but for only running for 4 weeks, I was very pleased. I also like the added cortisol control in ABE. I do run EPro most of the time with ABE, which EPro is a cortisol control, but it is a nice addition to ABE for those who are running it solo.
One other thing that is very interesting/beneficial to ABE is the nutrient partitioning effects. I felt like I could eat more calories/CHO and get away with more because of the nutrient shuttling effects from the Anacyclus pyrethrum.
My overall feeling was also increased. I just felt better during the day while on ABE. Recovery was also very noticeable from ABE.
AT2
I started this in week 5 also. I was dosing 1 cap in the morning pre cardio and 1 cap later in the day pre cardio.
Almost instantly I could tell a body temperature increase while performing HIIT for cardio. This really helped get off stubborn lower belly fat along with full body fat loss. The alpha-yohimbine was very effective. It didn't give me any side effects at all.
Metabolism was increased noticeably also. My metabolism isn't all the great as it is, and with the 3,3?-diiodo-l-thyronine in AT2, I could notice a difference in my metabolism.
Rauwolscine really helped with the fat loss. With Rauwolscine being a Alpha-2 adrenoceptor antagonist the fat burning process was in full effect.
ECA
I was dosing ECA 3 times per day (25mg E, 81mg Baby Aspirin, 200mg caffeine). I wanted to run Alphamine for 4 week and ECA for 4 weeks to compare the results.
One thing I did notice on ECA was that sometimes I would get nausea about 30 minutes post dosing. I was running Bronkaid brand E for the first 2 weeks, and it got recalled I do believe, so I switched to Primatene brand. I did not experience the nausea feeling from Bronkaid and only from the Primatene brand. Sometimes it would get pretty bad to where I couldn't move or I felt like I would throw up. Got light headed sometimes also.
On a plus note though, ECA really is very cheap and effective for fat loss. I noticed the appetite suppression from ECA along with a nice energy kick.
Overall
This stack was very intense and very beneficial for fat loss while retaining muscle. All products stacked perfectly together and all worked together in every category.
I would use every single product from this review again and again and again. I would recommend every product for everyone to try out also.
One thing I will say in all honesty is that I would rather use Alphamine over ECA for fat loss. Personally I just love the way Alphamine attacks fat and it never gave me any side effects like ECA did. The side effects from ECA was only the nausea feeling, but this alone had me wanting to be on Alphamine the whole time rather then ECA. Although this side effect was noticeable everytime, ECA was still very beneficial for fat loss and helped and targeted fat everywhere.
Starting weight was around ~225 and my ending weight was ~200.
I have about 3 pairs of pants that were very very tight at the beginning of this stack, and by the end, the pants were practically falling off my waist.
Strength increases throughout the whole cycle.
Vascularity is very nice right now thanks to the fat loss.
I look and feel harder.
Muscle definition and hardness was a huge plus.
Focus and energy were there all day.
This was just the beginning of my cut and I still need to get leaner, but with everything that was cycled, it 100% helped me lose ~25 pounds while allowing me to look bigger in the mirror.
Photos are both taken non-flexed.
Hey man, thanksThose results speak for themselves, this was a great run for you. Great breakdown of effects and results from your stack, this will help me for sure when I'm planning my cut! The stack was only your support though the results are all from your dietary and physical activity efforts, do kudos to you
Thanks ace!Excellent review kbayne. Your results are awesome. Side question, how tall are you
Same here. You definitely have size on me though! Thanks ace!
I am 5'9.5" haha.
Are you sure?Same here. You definitely have size on me though!
I don't know why, but my multi-quote isn't working right now. This has been great to follow, i picked up a lot of useful information. thanks Kbayne
Thanks boltSolid changes and an excellent and in depth review! Nice work and will excitedly await your next supplement log.
Bolt Approved 100%Bet they'll be pretty Bolt approved...I have faith in that.
I got some interesting things planned to I hope.
Thanks breezy :veryhappy:Awesome log, review, and results kbayne . Look forward to following whatever you have planned next.
May is going to be an interesting month training wise. Want to really shred up and I got some Burn24 to use for it and have been debating if I would go real basic with just that or not. Probably will have to throw in Alpha T2 if I can get some of the new formula by May. June-August is where I have the fun stuff planned out though.Bolt Approved 100%
I am very interested in what you will be doing

I have been reading a lot on Mountain Dog Training ever since following Breezy's log. Really looks interesting and am considering giving it a try in the near future.I will be probably dropping all barbell work (been nearly a year on PL-type training) and focusing on more conditioning as well. Kind of a break from the heavy grind and weights I have been using for this past year, then it'll be time to debate either jumping back in with more PL style again or to do the Breezy inspired Mountain Dog Training.
I need to read more on it just to get more information and everything. How long have you been doing MD?I'm looking forward to hearing what both of you guys think (if you do it). I might start another official run with it (with band work included) in June as well.
I finished a 12 week program towards the beginning of my current log, but have stuck with a lot of the exercises since. I'll send you some info.I need to read more on it just to get more information and everything. How long have you been doing MD?
Be careful of that bandwork breezy.I'm looking forward to hearing what both of you guys think (if you do it). I might start another official run with it (with band work included) in June as well.
Got it Thanks though ace.Be careful of that bandwork breezy.
It's awesome but I think he suggests six Weeks. Max
I attempted to do extra and it ended up beating me into the ground.
Also kbayne, go to tnation.com and search mountain dog
