day 1 of new set up:-
Pre Workout : 1 scoop Limitless with 2 scoops alphamine, 1 cap erase and 3 caps MST Cordygen v02 Ultra
Got in the car, lid wasn't on, leaked on my front seat. I had no actual pre workout today other than a scoop of alphamine.
Had to Parachute another scoop of alphamine Fruit Punch. Insane taste

FOOD:-
brekky (post w/o) - 180g mince, 100g mixed veggies, 1/2 oz mixed nuts, 2 tbsp Hot Chipotle sauce
Lunch: 250g meat with chiptole sauce and 250g mixed greens , 1 oz nuts
snack: 2 oz nuts 100g mince
Dinner: 270g chicken breast with slight rice crumbs on to make schnitzel (15g carbs) with large bowl mixed salad greens, 2 tbsp free range aioli
post dinner: 1 cup mixed blueberries and raspberries with 1/2 scoop protein powder with 30ml coconut milk with cinnamon.
Cliffs:
Good first day, sweating a bucket. Energy was clean. I had 1 scoop alphamine and 1 erase pre lunch (45mins).
tomorrow, going to add in 1 cap alpha t2 to pre workout and 2 caps alpha t2 pre lunch (wanna mix the yohimbine with alpha yohimbine to get some nice clean affects).
