Best Way To Dose?
I have been taking my OG AB 1/1/1/1 spread out on off days and 1 am/1 pre/1 post workout/ 1 with supper.
I have been sifting through the threads here and have found a lot of different thoughts on how to dose this. I have found people who say to take it 2 pre/2 post workout, and then 2 am /2 pm on off days and then a bunch of other different combos. What is the best way to take this, or should I just experiment and see what I think works best?
Basically what im asking is, is there any WRONG way to take it? as long as I am splitting the 4 caps into at least 2 doses per day?
