Yes, most of that would be water. Even if it is, and at your size, that is a lot of water! I believe it, though. This stuff is strong. I would be cutting at maybe at 1600 calories/day before Alphamine, but this sucker would make me lose a ton if I kept my calories at 1600 and kept to three scoops/day. I don't wish to lose the weight that quickly. Even though it's supposed to help preserve lean mass, there's no way I would be comfortable with losing 5 pounds in a week. I've got to keep what precious little muscle I have. Going to be experimenting with my calories and dosage in the next few days until I feel comfortable with the rate of loss.OK ok I'll tell.. I also missed my PM dose and the food cravings were intense.To you guys who are not impressed or let down by the appetite suppression: I was a tad on the fence about it as well, but wanted to give it time to kick in/build up/ or take effect......well, this morning I missed my dose for the 1st time and let me tell you......I wanted to eat everything. I could have eaten a bucket of lard with a black pubic hair in it. I no longer question its appetite suppression. Nor will I miss another dose.
I really need to get a log up, but probably won't be able to until after the DNC leaves town here. I've never been so damn busy in my career.

Same here. Mid morning a dozen almonds does the trick. Chicken breast for lunch and I'm full. Etc.As far as cravings go, I am finding I am getting hungry, but I eat a lot less. After a few minutes of eating I feel full. I am going to start downing meat/protein first, then veggies and/or carbs last instead of eating them all together.
That is fine.I have a question that may be dumb... Lol. Any issue with mixing ALCAR powder with my Alphamine dose? Reason I ask is ALCAR is pretty acidic. Since I would dose both twice a day, at the same time, it would be convenient to mix them.

That's how I feel too. I have been stuck on the other side of 300 lbs for almost a year. I briefly went under 300 while running Licogenix, however I quickly went back over. Today is Monday, and I was still 295 so the 11lbs is still staying away. Mentally it's just good to see the scale go other way. I need another tub so I can do 8 weeks!!Nice bro. Alphamine Initial Impressions:
So far this is only my second day of Alphamine so I can't comment on the "recomping" effects by any means but I can comment on what I've experienced.
+ Mental Clarity - Within 20 minutes of dosing a scoop (or two) of Alphamine, my brain is just clutter free. A nice euphoric feeling where I just feel absolutely great. I can see how this will really assist someone who is dieting heavy by keeping them in a good mood.
+ Thermo Effect - Once Alphamine starts to kick in, it feels like someone turned on a heater. You can feel the sweat setting up to pour.
+ Clean Energy Boost - No jitters here (not with one scoop, not with two scoops). Instead, Alphamine provides a nice motivational "oomph" to your step. Combined with the mental clarity, this stuff will have you wanting to do something productive.
+ Mixability- Three stirs and it's ready to drink. Nothing else left to say.
I'm sure there will be more benefits noticed as my run continues. I'd like to also throw out that so far from my experience the appetite suppression isn't a "I don't feel like eating anything" suppression, but more of a "I fixed way too much food. There's no way I can eat all of this" suppression. You may not notice it until you're half way into a meal and then you'll have to break out the tupperware or aluminum foil (aluminium foil if you're Ben).
I'm running it with Erase Pro, D-Pol, and the basics. Although most people's joints would cry at the thought of this, I've also been using one cap of regular Erase for the past few days. I don't feel any joint pain. Either I'm extra estrogeny (definite endo here, so I suspect that I am), or Super Cissus is just magic. I suspect it's a little bit of both actually. Looks like a nice stack you have going. I have never tried Erase or EPro yet, so idk how my joints would react. I do love cissus, haven't had to use it in a while, but I swear it healed a knee issue I had.. I will add to this...12 oz of ice water. I lost about 25 pounds simply by eating a handful of nuts and chugging ice water 20 minutes prior to each meal. Gave my body and brain long enough to catch up with each other on the hunger pangs.Nuts are always good for in between meals or when u can't control hunger. Always helps. Try a handful of Almonds, walnuts or pistachios.

Great update, Awesome feedback like this is popping up everywhere. Exciting stuff.Before I get into how awesome I think Alphamine is again, I'll say that I know there's no magic pill or powder, and that sound nutrition is the ultimate key to success, etc. etc.
After six days on Alphamine, I'm down 3 pounds. It would be more, but I did not want that at all. I actually had to increase my cutting calories, and scale back the dosage to 2-2.5 scoops a day, because I did not want to lose so rapidly. This stuff works quite well. I'm super paranoid about losing the not so impressive amount of muscle I have, so I'm very carefully monitoring my calories and dosage. I'm coming down from 195 pounds early this year to where I'm at now at 153 pounds. Whenever I've gotten around this weight in the past, I felt like my body fat just wouldn't give. I can lose muscle or water, but my body just refuses to let go of any more fat.
This time (as I mentioned before, this isn't my first time losing a ton of weight) I thought perhaps I would shock my body again, by doing something drastic. So, I'm trying a CKD/anabolic diet for the first time in my life. My carb intake normally is pretty moderate anyway, since I'm an endo, so I figured why not. I'm been having about 25-30 net carbs/day. I didn't get any ketostix, but all the signs of ketosis are there, and yes, it doesn't feel that great. I haven't had a lifting day on keto until today, but I did do some HIIT two days ago to burn off some glycogen.
I woke up today feeling like absolute garbage. My head was hurting a bit late late last night, and it continued into this morning. Quite possibly an effect of not having enough carbs. I just felt like I was going to have a really crappy lifting day today, so I changed my dosing around. I'm usually at the gym about two hours after my first meal, so today, I decided to have my meal, wait an hour, take Alphamine (1.5 scoops), and then head to the gym an hour after that. Essentially, I used it as a pre-workout instead of having it first thing in the morning.
Now, I've really been enjoying Alphamine this last week, but I had NO idea what was about to happen at the gym today. I've been hampered with terrible, terrible shoulder pain for a good six weeks, so when I got back to the gym a few weeks ago, my strength just wasn't close to where it was, and I'm not strong to begin with. I've tried training fasted before, and even with OEP in me, it just wasn't for me. I need some early carbs to get me going.
I totally expected a crap workout today in my carb depleted state. I worked out chest and triceps. On SIX out of eight lifts, I set PRs. Some of them weren't even close to my previous bests. I blasted through my 32 set workout, which usually kicks my ass, and I wanted more. I did a couple more sets, and I've never felt better leaving the gym. You know that scene in "Unbreakable" where Bruce Willis discovers his super strength, and his kid just keeps piling on the plates? Seriously, that's the best way to describe how I felt today. I was so giddy, I was damn near ready to start skipping on the way home, if it wouldn't have totally undermined the alpha(mine) feeling I just experienced, haha.
As I said before, I'm also on D-Pol, Erase Pro, one cap regular Erase, and the basics, so I can't attribute everything to Alphamine, but there's absolutely no way in hell I'd have that day in the gym without it today. I went from feeling like trash, to feeling like a beast. After that intense workout, and continuing keto until Friday/Saturday, I can't expect a back/bicep day on Thursday to be this great, but I'm willing to try!

Honestly was hoping for something like this. I know in my brief use of Alphamine the cognitive benefits seem great for workouts and plan on using a stim free pre-workout with it when I eventually use it regularly.With so many people starting to use Alphamine pre workout perhaps we should come out with a non stimulant pre workout so users can stack them for best effects. That way they are in complete control of the dosage in both aspects? Admittedly it targets the educated consumer though.
