Yessir! Quite honestly I'm shocked. The only thing I can say right now is this will continue. I even underbid on a few of my sets today, I could have gone higher had I started with higher weight on most my lifts. Just means there will be more PR's in the near future. There is no longer any doubt that I will recover fine in this PCT.

I'm really looking forward to this purus stack too! Just from the quality of product I'm noticing out of Slinshot so far I can tell it will be a sick run!
Still killing it bro! Eff yea dude! You're digging the Slin? What do you notice from it?! I love me some Carbs I'd def be down with some slack there ; )

Arms/abs. Sadly I wasn't really feeling it today. Strength was good energy was terrible. Felt a bit run down and exhausted. Work is kicking my a$$ right now and it's really wearing me out. I know I had more potential today but really didn't have enough drive to push through. Should have listened to my body and rested today.

I have a shoot this weekend and am putting some more effort into it so we will see what happens when I am a couple of percent lower on body fat, dehydrated and tanned.

Probably about 9. Charles Poliquin measured me at 11.4% a couple of years ago so I base my estimates from that seeing as no other Personal Trainers in the area are experienced enough at taking body fat for me to trust them lol.

Anyway, enough of my stuff- it is detracting from your log. I don't want to step into your karaoke limelight whilst you are mid-song!

Definitely impressed and very nicely done Purus! Up until now I've been using just 1-2 caps with pretty low carb meals. This is the first time I've ventured into the three cap world and it worked great! Muscles are looking and feeling full but not feeling bloated and strangely still a bit hungry. Usually after I demolish spaghetti I'm camped out on the bed for hours looking like a beached whale! No joke, I now see what all these other loggers are talking about!

Shoulders/cardio/abs. Every area to start military press was being used so I had to start with db's today. Kind of sucks because I think I could have got a PR on it today. Felt like a king and swear I had an insane pump before I even entered the gym! Carbed up a bit yesterday and popped a few slinshots and Agmatine with my preworkout meal so I think that had something to do with it. You know it man! I go in everyday with no doubt. I will get stronger and I will get bigger! Diet has been so on point for a lean bulk though so I can't say its just recovery that is contributing here. Tuna, eggs, chicken, peanuts, some fruits, repeat. Agree bro. I thought I knew but I had no idea until about 6 months ago. That's when I started paying attention to more then just protein and not eating fast food. My body has to be cycled on and off of carbs for growth with minimal to no fat gain. I'm not one of those people that eats whatever and stays in incredible shape.

Agree bro. I thought I knew but I had no idea until about 6 months ago. That's when I started paying attention to more then just protein and not eating fast food. My body has to be cycled on and off of carbs for growth with minimal to no fat gain. I'm not one of those people that eats whatever and stays in incredible shape.

PCT Day 17

Weight unknown

Off day. Finally get a night off work so I decided to take it off the gym as well. Really felt like going in but wanted the time with my family more. Diet will stay dialed in and hopefully I can rest up good to go in and set more PR's on legs tomorrow! I also just put in a week vacation for next week which surprisingly got approved so I'm super stoked for that sh1t! I'm now at the point where I have less then two weeks left of these supplements and I will be starting my Purus stack! I'm very hopeful for these products and can't wait to get them started. I'm going to throw a few reviews up tonight or tomorrow on both the cycle and the pct and will edit them into the first post on this log. Have an awesome Holiday bros!

My shoulders are wrecked so I know yesterdays workout really kicked my a$$!! Love that feeling!
