I've done some searching on the forum but couldn't come up with a decent answer. I apologize if this has been posted in the past. I'm looking for a supplement (hopefully something without a PCT) that will add a little bit more strength to help get me over my recent plateau. I've mixed my workout routine up the last little bit but I can't seem to get over the hump. I'm not looking for explosive strength gains like a steroid but just that little extra. I had run M1T's in the past and had mixed results. But I don't want to go that route anymore; too hard on the liver.
Little bit about me: I am currently bulking; went from 180lbs in May to 205lbs presently (my weight was pretty low in May due to stress-started a new job, moved, etc.). I'm trying to reach 220 hopefully by July. My diet was pretty bad over the past 3 months- lot of junk food, etc. I've cleaned it up and have been eating healthy for about a month now and I'm already starting to notice a difference. The weight I'm putting on now is more lean compared to fatty. My current supps that I'm dedicated to are:
Mutant Mass Weight Gainer (great taste, have had great results mixing with whey Protein)
Whey Protein (can't remember the exact brand but it's good stuff)
Pre-workout: Dymatize XPand (I'm always trying new ones, XPand is decent for pumps, good for energy; I usually cycle on and off to prevent myself from become immune to its effects)
Purple K Creatine (1 pill every morning, 2 before a workout; I think I'm going to switch to a different creatine after the bottle runs out. I'm just not feeling the effects of the creatine like I used to)
I play a lot of hockey so my legs aren't the focus of my workouts. I do squats and ride the bike at best. I mainly train my upper body. I do my best to make it to the gym 3 times a week but with work, sometimes I can only make it 2.
Anyone have any suggestions?
