So I woke up today and could hardly get out of bed, but I'm actually happy about this. I know what your thinking, but it is quite obvious that I have either strained or pulled a lower back muscle and this is good news. It could have been a disc or some other more serious structure injury. Anyway just need to rest it and start stretching more:)

Ice, TENS unit, heat < repeated all day along with a muscle relaxer and I'm feeling better than yesterday. Sharp pain and weakness are apparent, but I can probably train chest Friday as long as I don't go crazy:)

Recovery is definitely improved, strangely the amount of DOMS has been more severe in the first day(s) of recovery; however, the overall duration is significantly improved.

Chiropractors use it on patients and pretend to be miracle workers. All natural plant extracts etc etc.

I will say it helps more with aiding the body in healing an injury then working as an immediate pain reliever. Nothing I have ever used has worked like this stuff.

I was a fire fighter for a little bit and decided to find a "creative" way off one of our trucks... Jumping off the top Mario style.

After finding out I had a "third degree sprain" I wasn't even supposed to be able to walk normally again. I'm pretty much fine now-a-days.

Cissus and this stuff really did wonders for me. The ingredient profile is listed on their website and it's very concentrated compared to other similar stuff on the market.

Figured if it helps, it helps, keep it in mind for next time regardless. :)

Cissus is great, just have to keep taking it. I'll look into this, thanks for the info bud:)

I've been wanting to pick up a TENS unit forever. Those things are great. Of course a good muscle relaxer's never bad either. :D

They are a life saver. I especially like the acupuncture TENS units in which it sends an electrical impulse through the needle.

I trained today although I probably shouldn't have but everything turned out ok.

Chest
135 x 12
225 x 25 for 5 sets
in between sets I did DC stretches with a 120lbs db
dips < no weight
BW x 20 for 5 sets 100 reps total
cable fly < I never do these lol
stack for 3 sets of 15

High, high volume in this workout as I didn't want to go heavy with my back. Pump was ridiculous and annoying lol, had a hard time finishing a lot of these sets. weight felt seriously light, definitely can tell I'm stronger.

DB shoulder press

150's x 6 < by time I got here, the pump was so intense I struggled to get these in. Had to have help getting them in the starting position because my muscles were so engorged with blood.
BB military
135 x 3 sets of 25
DB shrugs
150's x 10
160' s 10 < 2 sets, wanted to go up, but was not wanting to push it with my back
lateral raises
60's 4 x 12

even though I'm not going real heavy these workouts are intense with all of the volume. I work on explosive contractions with these lighter weights, so intensity is high. Feeling fantastic, as soon as I hit the first warm-up set it's like I have already worked through several exercises. Just seem to pop, and get full real quick. Looking much bigger, and feeling really freaking good. I can tell strength is definitely up, the weights feel really light.

Ok so today I did an assload of volume on pull movements, nothing from the floor though. I also started dosing AnaBeta-1 2 pre and 2 post along with one before breakfast. Holy crap the pump was freaking amazing!

Back
Kroc Rows 100 reps total 10 x 10 with 150lbs
Face Pulls seated done on row pulley 10 x 10 with 120lbs
Neutral grip wide pull down 5 x 10 stack plus 45 pound plate
Standing straight arm pull-down (emphasis on pulling with lower lats) 5 x 10 100lbs

This was an all out assault on lats and mid-upper back. It was incredibly intense and felt great. I usually use the above exercises as just aux lifts, but since I can't do any heavy floor pull work I decided to use these as my focus in today's training. Strength is up, weight is really feeling light. Focus during training was exceptionally good. Amazingly I have struck a balance with AnaBeta, as I now know how it works for me, and due to this I'm getting the most out of it. My pants are looser around the waist, shirts are tighter in the chest and arms, and hunger albeit still off the charts is being dealt with using steady clean cals, and discipline. Veins are popping, especially during training.

Thanks guys, not sure how stable it is, but enough to do some things. Today is an off day, but I will note that 6 pills of AnaBeta-01 is something special:)

Hit chest today and decide to lay off the free weights:yikes: which I never do:27:

Hammer Flat
I couldn't put enough weight on it to make it worth a darn, so I slowed the tempo and went with TUT. 3-0-3 rate, with I think 5 plates each side. 5 sets 10

Hammer Incline
Same as the other 5 sets of 10

Cable flys superset with BW push ups
25 reps each for 3 sets < killer

I was going to do dips but my shoulder was acting up

Workout was ok, not thrilled to train this way, but it was productive and my joints needed a break. Doing TUT training the pump was even more intense, and quite frankly I'm still pretty swollen from that routine. I feel very strong, just not 100% with my joints and chronic pain issues. I'm still losing fat, and my weight is holding pretty steady.

So for today's leg routine I did plyo work in the pool, it was pretty fun and challenging. Also did some laps for cardio. Today I eat my cheat meal, and haven't decided yet, but BBQ sounds good...Going to take 2 AnaBeta pre and 2 Post, then eat some more:)

So just something I want to update that I haven't mentioned in awhile, but libido is still increased. Not an overly wanting to hump fire hydrants kind of increase, but definitely on the up and up.

Man, I don't even consider that a cheat meal! :D You cook something low and slow enough it cooks the fat right outta it. Leaves nothing but beautifully smoked proteins. Now eating that many carcinogens... that is another story. Oh and a few of the craft icy cold ones that goes with it! :D

Ugh so sorry for the lack of updates, not like me. Very busy week so far, and couldn't get any training in today, but I did yesterday and damn is my strength progressing at a nice linear level. Better yet, I have been cutting hard the last couple weeks with AnaBeta-01 and added in SHIFT< weighed in at 308:) SHIFT for me is amazing stuff, and coupled with AnaBeta-01 is something special.

My shoulder has been acting up, so I may take the rest of the week off, something I wouldn't have done in the past.

Today was back

Went with 100 reps total starting at 160 for 1 set
180

200 finished here with two sets
hammer seated row
I loaded the thing up with plates for 100 reps total
face-pulls on seated cable row with rope
150 5 sets of 10
very slow controlled hypers 5 sets of 10

I was wrecked at the end of this, pump was freaking amazing! Muscles feel very hard and taught. I look way leaner in the mirror and my strength feels outstanding. Veins are now popping all the time.

No training today, did notice though that after being on AnaBeta-01 for so long that my muscles are incredible dense/hard. Also didn't get enough water in today and started cramping in my legs and biceps.

But.

One of my all time favorite tri workouts is using a preacher curl bar. Doing nose breakers to exhaustion then immediately with the same grip switching to close grip bench press. I find that since the isolation gives you full range of motion, from the very start of the close grip your really able to target and concentrate on your tri's. The weight will be less then it would be if you were to do just close grip, but it should still really beat you up.

I usually alt these so I can go heavy on close grip BP. Obviously you are not going heavy with the skullcrusher/cg bench super-set.

I typically do not train this way...ever really:)

I do add in heavy french press (skull crushers) typically working in the 6 rep range with ~225.

Really I could run this indefinitely, it truly is an Anabolic, muscles are bigger, fuller, harder. Vascularity has increased immensely, and you can eat like a champ on this and not worry too much about fat gain. If you can handle the hunger it is absurdly effective in trimming you down, add shift to it and it's seriously a daily change in the mirror. Tremendous stuff here, will be very effective in PCT as well and quite frankly I believe will become a staple for many.

Thanks Mich, this may be THE supplement for hard-gainers, it will force users to eat and eat and eat, just keep it clean and you will put on mass.
