Thanks for the reply. I have a couple more questions. I see that you can stack erase with shift and that's what I would like to do. So one of my questions is I'm going on my honeymoon in mid March and I wanted to know if I can drink on this stack. I took M1T years ago and everyone emphasized how important it was not to drink while on it. Second question is how long or how short can you run that stack? Lastly I recently purchased a beta-alanine product (beta-x from ast) before I found your product line and I was as well or if I should just save it for another time? If you wondering if I could run that find the time to answer my questions I truly appreciate it. I've been reading through the forms but haven't found the answers to these questions.
Erase and SHIFT are not toxic to the liver. M1T is, that is why you were advised not to drink. You can run it for 2 weeks or as long as 8 weeks. Keep using the beta alanine, it will only help you!

whats the best protocol if i was using erase, alpha t2, OEP, and recreate?
Morning: 1 recreate, 2 AT2, 1 OEP, 1 Erase
Mid day: 1 Erase, 1 recreate
Evening: 1 AT2, 1 Recreate, 1-2 OEP, 1 Erase

Awesome thanks for the advice very much appreciated. If I could pick your brain a little more I have a few more questions? Could I use Alpha-T2 and Shift as interchangeable? Say if I want the stim of A-t2 in the morning or pre-workout but then use shift at night and on my off days? I was looking at the triple crown stack and was wondering how strongly you would advice to add titanium to this stack? Again thanks for the advice it's not every forum where people are willing to help.

That depends how sensitive to stimulants you are - I've personally never had a problem with sleep dosing Alpha-T2 in the evening and even pre-bed. You'll just have to try and see whether you respond better to having your second dose of Alpha-T2 midday or in the evening - I recommend having it ~8 hours post- Dose 1.

Erase wont hurt your sleep. it is probably the superpump keeping you awake. Try taking your Alpha-T2 earlier if you think it is effecting your sleep

i have been taking erase before bed for over 2 months, no effect on sleep i can see.

btw-got my shift yesterday, took it before bed yesterday. woke up hungry, lol.

Like Josh said, Erase is not going to affect your sleep - it has no stim effects. The reason individuals use Erase pre-bed is because cortisol is high pre-bed.

If Alpha-T2 affects your sleep, make sure not to dose within 6-8 hours of going to bed.

The past 3 nights (and the first 3 nights of Shift) I've woken up with the most incredible night sweats I've ever experienced.

no problem with sleep or night sweats, but i did wake up very hungry from taking shift before bed. i think of it as a good thing.

I sometimes dose Alpha-T2 pre-bed and have never experienced this.

Sorry if I missed it somewhere, but is it safe to take Shift while on a Helladrol cycle? I am assuming it is since it is not a stimulant. I have just heard differing opinions on whether one should include stims in a PH cycle so I was thinking of using Shift over AT2 etc.

I would say you could - you want to monitor your response closely though, and if not favourable, then stop it until your cycle ends.

I haven't started taking mine yet. I'm making good progress with my fat loss and have been consistent at 2 pounds of fat lost per week. I fear if I start taking it now I might start to lose muscle. Rather save it for when I'm at a sticking point. Makes sense right?

There's no need to add anything until you reach a plateau, really. And no, you will not lose muscle mass if your nutrition is set up correctly for fat loss and allows for all your energy expenditure and intake, etc.

I don't see the point in adding CLA - the Shift and Erase alone will be enough. If you want to add the CLA as a source of good fats, by all means, but there's no other reason to add it, IMO.

3rd day of taking shift before bed. i wake up really hungry and look leaner upon rising, my diet is maintenance so i haven't lost any pounds-but not really looking to loose pounds, just keep bf% down.


btw-2 at2 upon rising with an erase. 2 at2 6-8 hours later-then 1 erase, 2 shift before bed.

I plan on doing the 100% Stim Free Stack which is Shift, Erase, DCP, and Lean Xtreme for 8 weeks. I will follow the dosing that's recommended on the bottles but how should I dose everything on off days? I normally wake up starving so how long do I need to wait to eat after taking everything?

No offense to anyone but if I hear one more post about after 2 or 3 days they are noticing a difference I am going to freak out.. in 3 days if you figure in the theoretical %25 metabolic rate boost I don't think that you would notice much unless you are <10% BF and ate nothing for that time.. Unless this thing is a diuretic and it is water you are losing..

Rant aside.. I have been on it for a couple of weeks and will say it is a great compound.. I have been running it with DCP/HEAT and I can tell the difference between these two weeks and the two before where I was running the DCP/HEAT solo.. Wish I had bought more at the 14.99 price.. It will be a staple in my future cuts.. A lot less sides than T3 also!!

Re waiting after eating before dosing, you can dose Erase and Lean Xtreme with or without food. Shift and DCP you want to have ~30 min pre-meals if eating around food, and ideally wait ~2 hours post-eating before dosing them.

damn, i can loose 10 pounds in 3 days if dieting strict. look carefully at my post, i never said even 1 pound of weight loss occured. i pay carefull attention to changes in my body and upon waking i do look leaner!!!!

Just to update this, I stopped taking Shift immediately pre-bed and instead take it 3-4 hrs pre-bed. No more night sweats.

Although I tried again once pre-bed to see, and yet again I woke up drenched haha. The body temp difference is actually noticeable; I don't necessarily sweat more during the day after dosing, but I am definitely more "resistant" shall we say to the cold. I don't find myself buttoning up like normal if I've had Shift an hour or two before.

Use 1 SHift with your second AT2 dose and 1 Shift before bed. The bottle will then last 45 days

Should be an awesome stack

That stack will be fine.

Depending on how you dose BLACK CATS, a bottle will last you anywhere from 25-60 days (closer to 30-60 days).

BLACK CATS
Dose - 1-2 caps first thing (or ~60 min pre-training)
Dose (optional) - 1-2 caps 6-8 hours post-Dose (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MOST, AND IF YOU ARE USING ALPHA-T2, THEN YOU WILL NOT NEED IT)

Are you trying to make ALL products last 40 days, or as long as the stack itself, bridged, etc. lasts 40 days?

If wanting a single bottle of each product to last the 40 days, then use Alpha-T2 only once daily, 2 caps first thing, a bottle will last you 45 days. Then with Shift, dose it twice, 1 cap 6-8 hours post-Alpha-T2 dose and another 1 cap pre-bed, and a single bottle will last you 45 days.

If just wanting to use the products for best effects over 40 days, dose as directed in post #74 re Alpha-T2 and Shift (with the extra 1 cap of Shift with the second Alpha-T2 dose as Josh directed).

Use only 1 cap of Shift with your second dose of Alpha-T2.

No, timing of dosing does not go according to training times re Alpha-T2 and Shift - just dose first thing and 6-8 hours post-Dose 1.

Re BLACK CATS, you can dose this ~60 min pre-training or with your first thing Alpha-t2 dose.

Here is a good read on protein uncoupling. The focus of protein uncoupling is fat loss.

Protein uncouplers sold OTC undergo the same or similar mechanisms

It doesnt really have any effects on muscle. The term "protein" it is referring to isnt the protein you think of like dietary protein.

Just as an FYI to everyone.. I got my TSH checked 2 weeks after using Shift and it was 1.2 which is a great TSH level.. Too bad I didn't have a base line.. I will test again in a couple of months and see where it is..

Just finished my first bottle of shift and started a new bottle today. One month on shift so far. No scale weight lost but I do feel leaner so I don't really know if it helped much. I'll continue for another month with the new bottle but don't know if I will purchase this product again.

Just finished my first bottle of shift and started a new bottle today. One month on shift so far. No scale weight lost but I do feel leaner so I don't really know if it helped much. I'll continue for another month with the new bottle but don't know if I will purchase this product again.
I personally found Alpha-T2 better than the Shift and have a preference for the former because I noticed a difference when using it, but not with the Shift.

Alpha-T2 is more powerful for obvious reasons. SHIFT was developed for a stimulant free metabolism booster for those wishing to avoid stims, or for those to add to their stim burners

This.. Shift is not meant as a stand alone.. I ran it with HEAT/DCP and it was great... makes it a nice little boost to add to any fat loss cycle.. And it works too..

Once DCP is back in stock at NP, there will be stacks with it and SHIFT. According to nutra, the demand for that stack is very high
