It takes time to build muscle. But at your age it is easier than at mine. You don't need many sups to build it. You need only the basics to pack on some good pounds. The big thin you need to do is EAT BIG AND TRAIN BIG.ya its just hard right now, due to school 3 more days but then i plan lol to take it to the next level with my eating and the gym.
