feeling good finally got to workout again after a few set backs due to my lil girl being sick and fully recovering from being hurt.switching up my workouts to certain areas per workout to increase growth by giving my body time to repair.here are the numbers

yea it almost killed me lifting it hehehe.my abs,shoulders and chest feel like a truck hitt'em but its good to be back at it.
LOL..pain is weakness leaving the body!..good sign of BIGGER gains to come!..keep at it UNK!

you dont really need a gym membership bro,i also w/o at home with limited weights!..i just utilize what i have to its potential but it would be good to get more black steel though.i am also in the process of getting more.2-more 45lbs.plates would be sweet!

just got my bottle of pSarm today.smell reminds me of form exe only times that by 1,000.can't wait to see how well this stuff works.so far i've taken 2 today and will take 2 more later on tonight.tomorrow will be my first workout while on this stuff.nice lookin out lg sciences for the free product i'll be sure to put it to good use.my diet will hover around 4500 to 5000 on normal days and around 6,000 on really active days as I burn calories like a Cadillac burns gas.will be taking weight gainer while taking pSarm.Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice 2544 cookies and cream 3 times a day while eatting every 2 hours.workout will be basic chest,back,abs,legs heavy weights low reps.i'll post the workout plan tomorrow after i get done workin out.:bb3:
so ur saying that u weigh 143lbs and u eat 5000 cals a day? that's kind of hard to believe

had a nice workout,finally fixed my issue with the whole grip issue with the deadlift thing even with sweaty hands by using some straps.legs felt pretty good hoping this new leg workout will bare some nice results.wasn't sure how much to put on the leg and hamstring curls but the weights i used tonight felt ok.here are the numbers

that still is high calorie intake.. Im amazed at how your not gaining weight with that for a 5'7 frame and hitting the weights. BTW I think you should use the samples workout program lat spread wrote out for you. I also can attach a similar one I used during my home equipment phase. You will see greater gains versus your current format. Using high intensity and short time intervals you can knock out a workout in 30 minutes and be toast. Also with the many sit-ups as often as you do them you may be over doing yourself. You should treat them just like any other muscle or do them on cardio days.

If you can do deadlift you can do squats. if need be set up two chairs or over head clean and lower it onto your traps and squat. You may have to hit 20 or so reps with that amount of weight, but i think you will see a big benefit throwing that in there

leg excercises also boost test levels!..its true!up to 83%! squats,extension's,etc!

Well there ya go. Use your squats as a pre-fatigue type thing. Thats what I do with Leg Presses to squats. It will help increase strength as well as mass. And yes you may still be seeing results from what you are doing, but if you are over doing it... then your results are not coming at the rate at which they could

seems like good stuff the workouts are hard but i can make it through them and can just about lift what i was lifting before the injury.also my veins pop out like crazy every now and then.it was kinda scary cuz they got super blue in color and popped out pretty far.

had a great leg workout.i'm going to really focus and get my legs as big as i can by training them hard and smart.endurance is getting closer to what it was before the injury.had to decrease the weight on dead lift as i tried to do to much last week and paid for it.the pump i got on the leg curl and ham curl was nice looks like i might have found a nice starter weight to get growth going.db curls felt real nice after pumping my legs up as the arms were pumped too and felt stronger.

Just curious...how come you haven't attempted the workout template that was written up earlier for you? I believe it will be much more beneficial to you then what you are currently doing. Whats up with the random Bicep Curls on a leg day? Hopefully you will look over the sample template posted earlier for workouts. Merry Christmas none the less!

i added it through out my writing on the update would it be better to put it in the form like that listed above it?
Its a bit more convenient when put in a easy to read layout versus in paragraph form, but I usually do both.

will be easier to the eye to do as listed above, writing a paragraph can sometimes leave people not bothering to read it. Keeping it brief and concise is the key.

also allows people to compare days without having to read paragraphs of writing.

i like to mix things up i'm just using his workout plan as a temp.so far the results are great i wish i had thought about these exercises and body part training earlier but i'm picking up on the different types of workouts and such i can do to get results slowly. i'm reading through alot of iron man mags and putting the pieces together slowly.i thought of the curls thing to rest my arms for a day after my tue workout so i can get a nice full tilt workout on curls solo on thrs due to thrs being mainly a leg day.

more updates

I've dropped my weight since cutting back my cals from 6,000 to 4,000 from 144 to 141 and have lost no mass and have leaned out in the stomach area so i look alot better abs are showing up pretty nice.also noticing since pumping the legs out hard i'm guessin at this one but my test levels are shooting through the roof as i know they are high as it is without working out.i have acne like when i was on cycle which is nuts but i'm guessin this is due to the new leg training and maybe the other training changes as well.

So you are using it?...your workout updates arent really looking like it? Your most recent leg day wasnt that bad. I suggest though just searching in google for free weight exercises for the muscle groups. divide them up in a decent pattern. 1-2 muscle groups per day, or upper/lower body split.

didn't have all the power i wanted tonight on bench but pump was on point.focused and made it through my workout and can feel the gains strength and endurance wise.I credit the pSarm with helping me get back into workout shape fast as trying to come back without the pSarm these results would have taken alot longer due to my lay off.wish i looked as big as i do when i'm pumped up from working out all the time not just when i'm working out but its another goal to get to.stomach is still screwed up not as bad as when i started but the slight feeling of wanting to throw up sucks but the blue vein look and lean look is pretty nice.I'm almost out of pSarm so my final review is this.

the upset stomach thing while on pSarms sucked i'm one of the unlucky ones who can't handle the pSarms so I had to dose it low in order to continue to take the pSarms..got a nice bit of acne on my back and 2 pimples popped up on my face during the log of pSarms.I think if your stomach can handle this stuff your going post some nice gains in strength and lean up a little and get that steroid blue vein type look as well.If your looking to lean up look more cut and watch your strength go up while doing it this is what you wanna use to do it.

final weight is 141 I didn't bulk up while on pSarm just leaned out and gained a good deal of definition.far as lift gains due to not having any more weights then before the Psarm they are the same.I judge the results more so in the endurance area and i have noticed a nice boost in the number of times I can lift a weight before fatigue sets in.squats went up,curls went up,bench went up,deadlift went up.

I know seemed quick... Can you go into more detail though on strength increases (maxes) on compound lifts, weight gain recomp effects etc? Usually A final review is pretty indepth to give possibly consumers a good idea at the potential of a product.
