Glad to help out. I honestly could not have done this run without my boys TimberLakers, GMG760, ThunderGod and plenty of other posts. I tried to put together the info from the non seasoned bodybuilder perspective. I have to admit that I had plenty to gain while natural, but honestly I have been a fat ass too long and was determined to change my ways. The dedication I showed during my run; not one missed workout with my 4x a week schedule an multiple weeks of cardio on 1-2 of my off days have proven how serious I took my cycle.

I planned to post pics last weekend, but it was too crazy. I will post pics by this weekend. Although happy with the progress I still have a ways to go.

Last night I had a great chest workout. I routinely try to change up the routine to make my body say WTF just happened. I usually start with flat bench, but I decided to hit incline first. The most I have tried on incline previously was 155lbs. Today I said F that, slapped 195lbs on the bar and proceeded to complete a set of 10 then a set of 8. I was stoked at how far I have come. When I first started doing incline around a year ago 95lbs was hard. Now it is as light as a pea. :)

The rest of the chest workout consisted of flat bench (still maxing the sets at 225, dumbbell bench with 75lbs, cable flies and machine flies.

My chest tapped out so it was on to triceps. I know you didn't cause it has done been broughtin. Started with tricep pressdown (wanted to max it out and was able to do 2 sets of 180lbs), skull crushers/close grip bench, tricep kickbacks and finished with some dips. This workout had me seeing spots....fukk yeah!

I then finished the workout with 33 minutes on the elliptical. That workout had me spent, but I felt good about what was accomplished.

As I stated in another thread discussing Prime, I am very impressed with the pumps that this product has given me so far. I have been off Epistane for over 7 days and the pumps I am getting are still great. Tomorrow I am working out with a coworker at Golds Gym. I will be adjusting my weekly split to accomidate his schedule this week and will be doing legs on Wednesday vs my normal Saturday schedule. The good part about tomorrow is I can try to do some 3 rep maxes with squats and bench. That will allow me to give a Day 10 max vs. Day 40 (Taking 6x Prime ED) max to see if USPLabs meets its claims.

With the cardio you're doing at the end of the workout, I'd strongly suggest adding that to your regimen.

Got a good, cheap recommendation? What will the advantage of BCAAs during workout be? I do grab a protein shake within 30 minutes of working out.

Keeps your body in an anabolic state during your workout - prevents the breakdown of muscle... Speeds recovery, controls cortisol, reduce fatigue...

In all honesty, its in my top 3 most important supplements - right after protein and creatine - and its a difference you'll certainly feel.

The gold standard is Scivation XTend. They have some great deals at NP - including some buy one get one's and free Beta Alanine. Plus it lasts forever - even if you dose it 4 or 5 scoops like I do.

I don't buy the prime hype. Epistane is still in your system at 7 days, you can't say the effects that you are feeling are from the prime. I'd run it solo, after your PCT before I started to make any claims about it.

Just got back from the gym and had a pretty intense workout today. As stated above I changed my routine and worked legs and abs instead back and abs. I continued with heavy (for me) squats, leg press, quad extension, leg extension and calf raises.

Today I also found out my 3 rep max on bench press. After a warmup set of 135 I was able to fully complete 3 reps of 275lbs. I next tried 295, but I was unable to complete it. My goal is 300lbs by the end of my 4 weeks of Prime which should be possible based on their claims. I did not test out squats, but continued with 2 sets of 315lbs. I finished up my workout with 30 minutes on the elliptical.

I am pretty pleased with my PCT and feel that I am back to normal (not saying much). This was my first time working out at a real gym instead of my rec center. I certainly have a long way to go before I look like some of the guys working out there. :-( However, I know my goals and I will hit them.

Dude, you look a LOT bigger. You're arms are the most noticable part, but your chest has filled out and your shoulders are looking more full as well. Great Job dude! You say you want to shed some BF? well now is the time bro, because you have the physique underneath that bodyfat to be proud of. There is some good muscle there, just focus on dropping the BF% now. Don't even worry about where you end up on the scale, just spend your off cycle time focusing on your diet and cut. Three months of serious dieting and a solid cardio plan and you will be amazed.:clap2::thumbsup:

You are right about that. But in all honesty, to get to say 10-12%, you just need CONSISTANT serious cardio and a moderate diet... it's those single digits where you need to actually pre-plan your every meal vs just being smart about what you eat and busting your ass on the treadmill. You guys know what is crap and what isn't. Mind over matter; you will be dropping that BF in no tiime.

I actually think those most notable improvement is your lats. Shoulders and arms look great, but your side bicep shot looks pretty nasty.

Nice job man. Use the beginning of PCT to try to keep these gains - then up the cardio and burn it up. Let us know if you need anything.

By the way, if you really want to make your shoulders pop, try a picture facing the camera - put your palms on your butt with your fingers pointing towards your feet / thumbs out - and push those suckers forward. I bet that would look great.

The bad part is I know I now have muscle size, but it is covered by excess body fat. I measured my biceps the other day and they are now over 16.75" That is up over 1.25" from the first time I measured less than a year ago. I just want to lose the BF% so that I can show some definition.

Dude, take what you can get. You can't ask for a better cycle than what you just had. But losing the fat is harder than gaining the muscle on a cycle - its all about dicipline and self control. You'll be fine - but those pizza and nacho fueled football games are going to have to be sacrificed. :) It gets easier - I promise.

I feel you on the size. My girlfriend measured my biceps against her thighs last night... Timber wins by .75 inches!!!

Saturday the family went to the State Fair of Texas. For those unfamiliar it is the home of the fried food. It is a tradition to eat a corny dog, but I also had to try the fried bacon. Needless to say, lots of bad food was consumed. However, I walked probably 5-6 miles. Also that night I went to a Birthday party and had a few beers. It was the first time in 2 months that I have more than 2 beers.

Sunday morning I weighed myself and I was 204 which is down 4lbs from my peak cycle weight. I don't think I am losing any size and I am looking slimmer in the gut which is my current goal.

Today I worked out my back. Nothing spectacular today except for getting pissed off before getting to the gym. There was a Triathlon that started off the road leading in my community. It took 10 minutes to get through the light. Then the turn to the gym was blocked, got to the next street and it was blocked as well. I had to drive 5 miles out of my way to get to the gym and the triathlon was taking up the entire parking lot. Had to park across the street and it took my 5 more minutes to find a parking spot. Needless to say I took out my frustration on the weights. Then I ran 2.5 miles on the elliptical before going home to watch the cowboys get raped.

Finished my day with the mowing the lawn cardio. I will be glad to be back at work so I can get some rest!

It seems ny thread is dying down, but I will continue to post a few updates a week of the continued progress. I am on Day 19 of taking Prime and I can confirm that it is doing something. I am doing a pretty good job most days staying below maintenance on my calorie intake as my main goal now is to lean up. The Prime is helping with my muscle firmness and combined with Ragnarok and ECA+Y my workouts are on fire and my veins want to jump through my skin. I can confirm that Ragnarok is not responsible for the on cycle like pumps as I have used it in the past without this affect.

I have not had bloodwork and don't really intend to. I am down to 3 caps of Post Cycle Support and 10mg of Tamoxifen. I also started Lean XTreme this week, but as of day 3 I can't tell if it is doing anything.

This has been a rough week due to family obligations so today and tomorrow I am getting up at 5:40AM to complete my workouts. Damn I fukkin hate getting up that early! I am still weighing in at 203lbs which is down from my peak, but after now I have the bulk I need. Once I finish cutting I should be in pretty good shape and ready for some clean mass gains.

You won't notice the Lean Xtreme, but it will do its job.

Good job on this cycle brotha! You gotta keep posting to keep a thread going... which is why Timber's and TG's threads last so long... Those guys can go on a rant!

Start ranting and people will chime in I promise!

I may have to try this Prime for my Mdrol PCT... I dunno though DTH is good stuff and like 15 bucks cheaper. I will base my decisions off of you and TG.

You might base it on the fact that I have an extra bottle of DTHC that you can have.

I know you have your doubts about Prime and I did as well. That is why I figured add it during PCT so if it works, HELL YA, if it doesn't then I should be able to maintain the gains from my cycle. I do agree that Prime is a tad on the expensive side (glad I got mine with the early buy). I do feel an overall tightness in muscles all over my body which even Epistane did not do.

Alright folks, advice needed for my next nutraplanet order.

I will be buying yohimbime hcl and am pretty sure I will go with bulk over capped. How large of a dose should I use?

Timber suggested XTend for intraworkout, but I have read that it is a good pre-workout drink as well. Can I use that instead of Ragnarok?

Anything else missing to help me get to the next level during PCT/Natty time?

BCAA's pre-workout is a waste. Have a scoop of whey, and you're good to go.

Pre-workout is where you can probably save some money too. You can just do the Yohimbine... Rag has creatine, could just sub in 10g of Mono PostWO.

It's just hard work now man. Don't trip on over-supplementation.

Haven't posted an update in a while....

I am on bottle 2 of Prime and still pretty happy with the results. Last week was a bad week food consumption wise so I need to get back on track. My strength gains are still increasing so I am pretty happy with that. On Saturday I set a PR for squats and I know I have more in me. After a warmup set and a full set of 10 with 315lbs I was able to squat 365lbs 5 times. Damn that felt good until the next day. I am increasing the weight and workload every week so DOMs sets in the next morning and continues for at least a day.

My goals by the end of the Prime run are at least 300lbs for bench and 400lbs for squat. I think I am getting close for both. This is the last week of my 4 week PCT and I am down to 2 caps of PCS and 10mg of Tamox. I am also in week 2 of Lean Xtreme and will continue until the bottle is gone. Still weighing below 205lbs and plan to continue my cut in preparation for my next bulk cycle.

You've done well mate. And as someone said, to get your BF down to 10% or below is a lot of work. Guys on here reckon I'm about 9.5% or so, and believe me, it takes an ultra clean diet and a lot of work. That being said though, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Thanks for the props. For me to come from where I was to where I am now has been so worth it. Hoenstly, everything else is gravy from this point on. I feel better, look better and perform better in ALL aspects.

Monday was my main chest workout and I hit the weights pretty hard. I had major DOMs all day on Tuesday and finally stopped being sore this afternoon.

I am pretty proud of myself today. My previous bench max was 275lbs for 3 reps. Today I successfully lifted 305lbs 1 time without help. My spot got overzealous and started helping with the second rep. Damn does it feel good to be in the 300+ bench club and I feel really close to attempting a 400lb squat.
:clean:

The bench was just a max attempt and the rest of the workout consisted of back and shoulders. Also, I received my XTend sipped on that during my workout. I felt it give me a little something as I was able to finish my workout with 225lbs deadlifts (still gotta get some some straps). After I finished the weights up I hit 1.75 miles on the elliptical.

I will try to get updated pics up next week as I will be finished with my PCT.

Glad you like the Xtend.

For your cardio on the ellyptical - I'd suggest making it a self competition. Use the same grade and resistance settings, and pick a round distance number (say 2.0 miles)... Perform it, then log the time... Then every time you do it again, try to kick your own ass.

Then raise it to 3.0 miles.

Well, PCT is coming to an end with my last day being Sunday. I might still take the AI Post Cycle Support until the bottle is empty unless someone recommends otherwise. I have still been trying to cut and been very active with cardio so I have lost quite a bit of the weight that I gained on cycle. However, I have lost it in the places that needed it and have maintained a majority of the muscle mass gained. With the belly still shinking I can finally see the light at the end of the weight loss tunnel. I truly feel that I will have almost all the excess belly fat gone by the time I prepare for my next cycle in mid January. At that point I should be able to concentrate on a clean bulk and the PCT will be about maintaining all the gains rather than losing weight.

I am still taking Prime and have almost 20 days left of my supply. Not sure what if anything I will d next. As for strength, it is still improving. Yesterday I worked biceps and for the first time ever I was able to do 3 sets of hammer curls using 50lbs dumbbells. I remember when I started working out a year and a half ago 25lbs dumbbells were heavy.

Finishing off the bottle isn't necessary - but obviously it can't hurt. If you have enough for next cycle - I'd save it, but if you have like 4 or 5 days worth... just take it. I've never used PCS, but I hear some good things.

Now that your PCT is coming to an end, you can actually pull back your calories a little more. Just make sure you're taking in plenty of quality protein to maintain the muscle mass.

No belly fat is a tough goal man - but I'm all about setting tough goals. That sh*t is slow to leave.

how were ur gains?
I gained around 11lbs on cycle and have kept about 6lbs of lean muscle mass. I have been working on recomp during PCT and I know it has cost me some gains in lbs. However, the belly and waiste are smaller than before and I get comments daily on my shoulders and traps. Therefore, I know I have gained size in the right places and reduced size in where I needed to as well.
