day 39 - 8/13/08
Great day. One of the best i've had in a really long time. Nutrition wavered a little as I had an immense hunger for chinese after watching some olympics...but still a great day.
With a big tennis tournament coming on friday, I hit out on clay this morning for an hour and a half as a warmup round. I hit really well...and the guy I was hitting with had me moving around a lot to test the surface under my feet. I had a really great time and I played well...and a good workout!
After I went home and did some Renegade Pink : It's the new Black Yoga which I got in the mail recently. Great DVD, and a great wind-down after hitting. That is my 2nd yoga training DVD from Renegade and both are excellent at stretching me out and keeping me injury free!
I then took a 2 hour nap which was amazing. I have been hard pressed for sleep lately so I really needed it. It made me happy.
Later on, I then went to usta team practice and hit another 2 hours on hard court. I played well, and my confidence was very high today. I'm really looking forward to friday's tournament!
So far I have re-added Mvp365, Cordygen5, Cordygen v02, Zmk, and AlltheWhey back into my supplement usage. So far so good on the stomach pains. Tomorrow I will try for Hardcore Shred Xs, and on friday I think i'll re-add Somnidren GH or maybe Anabolic Pump.
