Fellow Norwegian-- I'm German myself, so we have the genetics for this lifestyle. We get big and strong easily IMHO!! But yeah, I asked for 2 bottles of MMV2, cause at my size (265 lbs.) 1 bottle would last probably 2 weeks. Not long enough to give a detailed log on its abilities. So LG, 2 bottles of MMV2 please!! Come on, make me a life-long customer who brags to everyone about your great products!!:stick:But in ALL seriousness, bro, you really got to ask for TWO bottles ? One wouldn't suffice ? Come on now, don't get too high and mighty here ! LOL ..
Your parents probably hated feeding you guys. All that food every day.seriously though thats cool both yall swoldiers. haha i would hate to be your parents. two huge ass mofo's for kids.

I don't have as much time to hit the gym as previous logs, but I will post any and all side effects/effects.
Today did a upper body workout. My training days are Tues,Thurs,Sat (and sometimes Sun) Usually full body, or upper body.
I really don't want to change much of what I was doing ; this way I can see any differences in training.
Can't say I felt anything today. Was a typical great workout though.
Supplements- I will take with 3-AD
- fish oil
-nar-ala
-coQ-10
-multi
-gaba/melatonin (at night)
Diet- Is very clean, no fast food, low sugar/sweets, low saturated fat, high protein, low sodium.
My workouts change very often, and I never record them. This keeps it fun for me to be spontaneous and do what I feel at the moment....same reason I do not record my diet, it makes things not fun for me, so I don't do it. I gauge things as I go, and if I feel I look bloated I will adjust my diet, or if I feel my biceps are lagging I will incorporate some new movements, or change the order up.
My goal here is to just give some real world feedback, and I intend to tell it like it is.

Eating the same foods everyday can certainly be torture. You kind of get to the point where it is just going through the motions and you lose taste for the food because it has become habitual. You eat because it is a necessity more or less. However, while I'm pretty strick with what I eat for the most part I still spice my food up...I might be weird, but I can't go without having my turkey without some good tasting low cal low carb, low sodium, and sugar free barbecue sauce.... By all means I definitely like your approach towards eating though bud! You still have to find a way to enjoy eating as consuming food is a joy in life!i like your approach trip, i mean alot of guys will frown on unscheduled diets and variable training and i can see why.....if you intend on competing top level and such but as a rec lifter i think we should be able to enjoy what we do. I dont have a set diet either and i never intend to because that takes the fun out of life for me, im not living solely to lift and its not making my paycheck so im gonna enjoy eating good sh1t......like you said " no fast food, low sugar/sweets, low saturated fat, high protein, low sodium" if you follow basic rules like that you can still have fun eating different things each day, i dont know how you can keep eating the same thing at the same time day in and day out....sounds like torture to me! lol.
Looking forward to the real world feedback. I like your approach to your diet and training as well. You have to keep things interesting because when the intrigue, or the invigorating feeling fades you tend to really not want to do it anymore. Hey by all means...please do tell it like it is...I wouldn't have it any other way! I hope to see ya kick some ass during this log bud...results wise, not necessarily kicking someone's ass literally...eh you know what I mean...The adventure officially began today.

Today was a training day and I tore it up. I actually busted out a new "Personal Record 1 rep max" on seated Military Press 240:aargh:, so strength increase is seeming to happen. The set before that I hit 220 for 6.
Did shoulders and chest hard, and a little bicep, and back work to finish up.
Trying to keep calories up, and get plenty of rest.
Water intake is high.( I drink canned seltzer water all the time)
I forgot to mention I will run Tamoxefin for like 3 weeks after the 3-AD.
No sides yet (acne etc..)
Overall felt good today.
Status- Go Time!
Song of the day- Fuel, Metallica (played it like 12 times at the gym ..lol)
Probably ....triceps,traps,quads,hams,calves.I heard from Hank that the consumption of small children can help reduce acne flare ups...
What are you lifting tomorrow?
What makes you say that? :run:I think Hank enjoys small children a tad to much... *cough..petifile...cough*
not much.Whats up Hank!
Drinking is bad for you, havent you heard? :cheers:I know what you mean. Kinda wish I still drank. Oh well.
I have a bunch of goodies, not sure exactly what else I will use. Probably paravol, post cycle support, incarnate, and dhea.....maybe a little igf-1 alsoTrip, what are your goals for this 3AD cycle? Aside from Tamox, what other PCT are you planning (if any)??
I haven't done an oral cycle in quite a while. Thinking of doin' one for the summer. Got the Drive/DCP/X-factor thang goin' on now.
Good lift broski. I hit chest and tris today, all DB's. I wish we had an incline machine @ my gym. We have a decline one though...wtf. DBs are awesome but it's good to really cut loose and put up some real numbers!I had another "Personal Best" today on incline press (machine) 350 5x
