Sounds like a good plan. I think we probably have similar body-types. I just need to get ABS before the AC. haha! Then i am going to BUILD, BUILD, BUILD!

I'm not going to make it to the arnold, so I have till the O :)

I played with some short term pulses before, but this is my first straight cycle of it. Right now at 25mg/day, and I think I end with 4 days at 30 if I counted everything right. I'm trying to stick at maintenance cals and just recomp with it, but I figure 23 days should still be good for at least 8-10lbs of muscle that way. That will make a few percent difference in bodyfat, and make it easier to restart loss after I figure.

planning on it, no guarantee. I always have frequent flyer miles, so I just need to find a spot to crash. i can never tell for sure what life will be like that far in advance :)

well at this point in the game whats your goals? sounds like youve cut it up substantially, are you trying to through some mass on now before the AC? or are you going for an all out shredded state with your current musculature progress?

Goal is to have visible abs......
well i cant suggest an entire routine for that, the only thing i can suggest is moderate cardio and my favorite stomach building exercise, hanging crunches. Best if you can get the slings to hang in but they can be done in the hanging postion, done WHILE doing pullups (my fav) on the contraction, or the most ultimate toughy done while holding yourself up on a dips rack (fully extended not the one where you rest your forearms on the pads). multiple varients of this exercise chould be done to make the most progress and make some nice defined obliques as well by changing the angle at wich you raise your knees.

hopefully thats some help specific to your goal, sorry i cant be of much more.

no problem, poops! i appreciate the help. the abs part is more about diet than anything else. But, the GBC looks like its geared towards losing fat and keeping muscle which is what i need.

I dont know if the company I'm training with is in Cleveland area but if you can do it, she kicked my ass today. I was sick for 20 min straight and 2 hours later I still feel bad.

Hopefully i'll see all you fine people at the "O" this year. Trip and I plan on being there. I hope to be a stacked and ripped 215-220 by then. My adventure starts shortly. :D

This is what i have decided on! thanks Easy for the idea.....

The Advanced GBC Program

You will perform 2 exercises each training session using the following split:

Day One: Chest and Back
Day Two: Legs
Day Three: Off
Day Four: Shoulders and Arms
Day Five: Off
Repeat

The cycle is meant to be performed 6 times. Doing it longer will result in diminishing returns.

Here are some suggested movements, along with the prescribed rest periods.


Day One: Chest and Back

A1. 6 Incline Dumbbell Presses at 45-degree angle
Rest 10 seconds
A2. 12 Incline Barbell Presses at 45-degree angle
Rest 10 seconds
A3. 25 Incline Dumbbell Press at 30-degree angle
Rest 2 minutes
Repeat 3 times

B1. 6 Weighted Chins

WOW! This thing was killer! I had a Grapefruit pre-workout and the pump i got from this workout was insane. Haven't been this pumped in a LONG while!

Supps: The only thing i am on at the moment, is 4 Leviathan Reloaded per day and 6 DCP per day. Napalm just arrived, but i will be holding off for about 2 weeks to start the Napalm. I think at 36 inch waist, i am probably a bit fat still to be taking it just yet. maybe not? anyone have any input?

I have Thyrotabs and Thyrocuts II to stack. I am planning on starting that next week at 1 of each per day and possibly increasing weekly to 3 and then back down. It will be Retain 2 at 6 per day after that to cycle off. I also have some clen that i can add into the napalm. I am trying not to go overboard, so if i add the clen, i will probably hold off on the TT/TC stack. So, as you can see, i am still undecided about a few things.

I don't think adding the clen to the Napalm and the Thyrotabs are going overboard?

I'm using DCP/Levi/Thyro and I'm going to add in Lipo pm. I'm also using the clen/Napalm combo. I was going to add the clen back in orally but honestly this trainer is killing me and I don't think my heart could handle it right now.

Yeah it was. I wanted to keep it down a bit to save it for oral use later, damn stuff is expensive.

I think so long as you don't mind buying more bottles mace then you are never too fat to use it so long as you are in a calorie defecit. It just helps target where some of that calorie defecit comes from...

good plan then :) other option is to find some AX goodies you can trade to either an Avant rep or LG rep (their Lipoburn is similar, probably need to add some yohimbine and or RK to it for max effect)

i think mine is a little bigger. But I figure I have more to loose at the love handles and belly, so even if its just a 1/2 inch extra a month over what i'd loose without it, its worthwhile. It was trading goods as well :) the lipoderm-u and clen and rk I bought ;)

I'm doing a mix match. so mornings is 4-5 pumps of lipo-u, evenings is 2 pumps napalm. The reason for dosing like that is that my wife doesn't like the smell of the lipo-u, but doesn't mind the napalm.

I've only been using it about 5 days at that rate, if you are interested i'll trade you for something :)

I am also increasing DCP to 10. christine want to "donate" some more to the cause? :lol:

and like i said, i have the TT/TC stack to add in, too. plus, i am pretty damn low on the carbs/cals. Making sure i get about 200g of protein a day, though.

I'm itching for my cycle to be over, and PCT to be mostly over so I can start my hefty recomp. i've been saving up drive + IGF-2 for the last couple months so I can do a solid 2 months at high doses of both, along with x-factor. It should really rock.

With any luck the adrenodione will be available by late april, and I can use that as the finisher :)

We all can hope! would be sweet to stack with 4-AD for the first 4 weeks and Phera/TRN for my last 4 weeks of 4-AD i have set for my BULK cycle after MassFX/Xfactor..... I AM getting over 200 sub 10% this year. :head:

Really wish one of us could make it to the same show :( prob aint no chance youd be able to attend the O eh?

I just got 18 caps of Designer Supplements Adrenalean in the mail. I will be removing Leviathan Reloaded for the next 3 days to assess the new thermo/energy/appetite suppressant from DS.

Leviathan Reloaded keeps me pretty satiated and energized throughout the day, so it will be interesting.

Took my first two doses of Adrenalean from DS. The label says it kicks in within 15 minutes. I was like "Yeah Right"! Its no joke! stuff kicked in within 15 minutes, warmed me up right away. I had to actually shed layers of clothing i was so hot. Energy was nice. No jitters, just clean rush. Like you are on a mission. There was no sharp let down either. Stuff gets my approval. I need to get a bottle now! I am going to dose it the next 2 days at 6 caps per day and then get back on the leviathan Reloaded. Hopefully my bottle arrives so i can start the adrenalean when the LR runs out! :head:
