I wanted to get a log to keep track of my gains and to help keep myself motivated, The last couple months have been real trying and have kept me out of the gym. As you might expect my extra muscle without the metance shedded greatly, i was at 220 fairly cut at about 11% BF now for my current stats

I have been lifting for about 5 years, started back in Jr high and kept with it on and off over the last 5 years due to Mixed Martial Arts which i've been a part of for over 8 years. Which is another motivating factor for me to hit the gym hard.
Supplement History
I've been threw the same motions that everyone else has and have went or wasted money on the fads and in's/out's for better or worse at least i have a strong idea of what works and dos'nt.
Some of the problem's above that i hope to overcome, Well recently after my dumb posioning myself on my birthday by accidently over doing it with Nuero-balance two days later i nearly died when sitting on my couch. Basically i sat down to watch a movie after doing nothing besides helping a friend move and my heart skipped a beat and then went nutz and went up to 240 and bp 160/80 which is far above a safe level. Needless to say i was taken to the hospital and released later. My body fixed it self and i am now waitng to see a cardiologist to figure out what caused this mishap. My two theorys are,(Believe it or not are now what the doctors think are possible)
I hit my chest just at the right time, and caused the erthyma or due to the toxic mold.
Also my other big problem, my room is as i just found out covered in mold around my window seal, which i've been exposed to greatly for 7 months without real knowlodge, aka my last cycle of superdrol how i thought i was ****ting my liver due to excessive itchyness and my doctor who scared me with unreal reports of liver problems. Well i now know why i almost scratched off my skin so many times. I have toxic mold due to blocking off my window with a blanket for a year then taking it down and putting a fan/heat/cooler in. and blowing spores everywhere. Now i need to figure out a way to test the Mold to see how toxic it is, and wether its in my lungs which would explain the rapid loss in cardio.
As far as beating my mental block of weight lifting under what i really can, that will take more time, and i've solved getting more motivated. My big buff friend wants a good work out buddy, so we'll hit the gym hard once i'm 100 %.
As far as supplements that i'll be taking goes, that is up for spectulation. I was hoping to hit a Winny/Mass tabs cycle but i want it to be once i've gotten back into a normal pattern so i can keep my gains, also this was before pretty much having a heart attack. So i need to first uncover the true reason's behind why at 22 my heart went all psyco.
Outside of that its Community college and attempting to get into film school and perhaps trainning for the national guard. +work.
Hopefully this log will serve as a place for me to vent my thoughts and frustrations, while logging alot of diffrent supplements and work out routines, so i again can become the Beast that i used to be and hopefully not die in the process.
