LG and I were workin on this today, and I'd like to put it up for critique. I plan on using this routine while "on" during my bulking cycle. It incorporates a lot of volume, as well as a bit of power to take advantage of the androgenic aspects of the cycle as well.
1-4 30mg/day dbol
1-10 500mg/week enan
4-9 100mg/eod tren

Here it is!
Sunday - Chest
10x10 Dumbell Bench
3x12 Incline bench (alternate dumbells/bar each week)
3x12 Incline flys
2x4 Flat bench

Monday -Back
10x10 T-bar rows
3x12 Chinups
3x12 Shurgs
3x12 Horizontal rows
2x4 Deadlifts

Tuesday - Triceps/Misc
10x10 Skull crushers
3x12 1-arm cable pulldowns
3x12 Pullovers
2x4 Close-grip bench
3x12 Side hpyerextensions (obliques)
3x12 Rotator cuff (worked in with obliques)

Wednedsay - Biceps/Abs
10x10 Preacher curl
3x12 Dumbell curl (Arnolds anyone? :D )
10x10 Ab crunches
3x12 Leg raises
2x4 Standing EZ-bar curl

Thursday - Shoulders
10x10 Upright row
3x12 Dumbell shoulder press (alternate arnold press every other week)
3x12 Bent-over lateral raise
2x4 Standing press

Friday - Legs
10x10 Squats
3x12 Straight-Leg deadlift
3x12 Leg Press/calf raise
2x4 Squats

Saturday - Off

Tuesday - Triceps/Misc

3x12 Rotator cuff (worked in with obliques)
9 total sets for tri's is the optimal growth number. 17 sets for tri's... haha...good luck with that brother. And Im not sure what 'Rotator cuff' is, neevr heard of that.....

Wednedsay - Biceps/Abs
10x10 Preacher curl
3x12 Dumbell curl (Arnolds anyone? :D )
10x10 Ab crunches
3x12 Leg raises
2x4 Standing EZ-bar curl
Why not work obliques with abs? Just curious. Preacher is out. Use heavy bar curls with a straight bar for mass. Drop the standing E-Z bar curls and up the number of sets with dumbell curls.


Friday - Legs
10x10 Squats
3x12 Straight-Leg deadlift
3x12 Leg Press/calf raise
2x4 Squats
Dont get this one at all. 12 total sets of squats. Anything under 4 reps is going to be VERY Tough, especially after doing 10 sets previously.

Working out 6 days a week is horrible also. On GVT, you will need your rest. Since GVT is designed around doing 1 and only 1 exercise per bodypart, you could easily combine two muscle groups, such as

Day 1: chest and back, Day 2: legs and abs, Day 3: off, Day 4: arms and shoulders, Day 5: off.

I would reread Poliquin's methods above (in the sticky) and rethink this, I see many problems, YJ pointed out most. I think you may be better off sticking closer to his example routines. Good luck though if this is what you're doing.

The biggest problem I saw was working out 6 days per week, this is not recommended for GVT.
