I’m aware of Soy Lechin but I do alternate day fasting so I want a strong PA for the morning fasted workout and I can use the SL on the mornings where I have calories. Thanks in advance!

Do you take BCAA or EAA for your fasted workouts?

Regardless of choice it will probably be expensive, but maybe a bit more value with some combo products.

MPA Supps Pharmagrade Platinum PA has a good dose with EAAs.

Genius Brand Muscle Builder combines PA with HMB and Peak O2.

HPN PA(7) is a bit “cheaper” than both, but is pretty much just PA (small dose of leucine and has some Astragin).

Problem is it’s expensive to make for what you really get out of it.


I enjoyed my run of OG cutler king

But my training was on point and diet at the same time, it helped marginally.

I think natty muscle builders are so hit and miss that more often then not it’s all placebo


Part of the reason I think OL added vaso6 to there laxo and epi so people using them get the vaso pump and ‘feel’ like they are working.
