Does Carnosine/Beta-Alanine add water weight similar ro creatine?

since it has similar actions i would suspect this....and i look much fuller/pumped since i have been taking
canosine.

if it adds water weight though im not down with that!

so does anyone know?

I have no idea, but my guess would be water because I don't see how it would increase blood flow or glycogen storage.

Actually Beta-Alanine and creatine work very differently, though some of their outcomes are similar(strength, body mass, power, muscular endurance).

Beta-Alanine DO NOT cause water retention like creatine does, which is just one of the reasons why athletes love using Beta-alanine.
