I'd also try just adding a small handful of spinach, kale or even using frozen broccoli to your shakes. If you don't use too much, it'll a ton of dietary fibre and you can't taste the veggies :D

I learned this trick about a year ago making an ice-cream alternative using frozen broccoli, quality chocolate protein powder and some almond essence (now I just use Sweet Serum).

that sounds like a good idea thanks. i think ill give that broccoli thing a try. so if you put the frozen broccoli in the shakes, im guessing it will kind of act like ice. i got the spinach covered, i usually have spinach on all my sandwiches =)

I definitely enjoy mycogreen, but as a rep, that may not mean much. I have stomach issues quite often and when I use mycogreen, I find it eliminates it almost 100%, and I'm waiting for my order as I ran out last week and have paid for it with some of my meals

Another pretty good option would be Juice Plus. I have been taking JP for a few months and can vouch for the health aspect. I haven't gotten sick (not even a snifle) since I started. (knock on wood, of course!) lol

Generally a lot of bloating, I'm not lactose intolerant, but pretty close. I also have a weak stomach when it comes to acidic foods. My wife always gets mad after we eat because I always have a stomach ache and she can't lay on my stomach for the time being (possibly TMI, but its a cuddle session, whateva)

Mycogreen isn't just greans. It has a lot of mushrooms, as well, which are amazing for health.

Don't forget that these are pills. They probably cotain a lot of good stuff, but you still wanna eat some vegetables for stuff that couldn't fit in a pill.
