What's up A.M. fam! :banana:

First I'd like to thank vein nutrition for allowing me to run their non stim fat burner for a whopping 3 months!

Starting weight, at 177 butt naked. Goal, 170-175 get lean and cut up, while maintaining strength and endurance.

Currently training for a sprint xterra triathlon, and ongoing training for various obstacle course races that I participate in throughout the year.

Hopefully this'll help to prevent muscle loss from all the stress I put on my body.

Training regimen is as follows:
Swim 2x per week
Run 2x per week
Strength train 2x per week.

Haven't added in the mountain biking yet. Need to soon, October is rapidly approaching. That's when I have the tri, then a week later an OCR,

I'm not going to be using any other stims besides the occasional cup of coffee during this run.

As you can see, there's still a good bit of fat to loose around the midsection. Try and get more side and sexy leg pics,
Took my first 3 caps today, and also swam in my wetsuit for the first time.
That was an experience. I was able to float better, but the restriction caused my heart rate to be higher than normal.

Right now my runs are limited to 3 miles on the treadmill, with the occasional 5-7 mile run outside in the 105+ temps as free time allows.
Once it cools down in a month, and I can take my daughter on runs with me in the jogger, that'll allow me to go 8-10 miles.
It'll be good cause it seems it'll take a month before this really starts to go, and that'll be when my training really kicks into high gear.

I read the directions on the bottle, but have no idea why I only took 3 caps before going to work. 4 caps a day here on out.

Took 2 caps with my morning oats.

Yesterday got some weights in.

Front squats, bb bench, supinate pull down, back extension/hamstring curl, front raises.

This morning went for a quick 3 mile run. Grabbed the wrong key an locked myself out. Broke in, and am now typing this up. Not a bad start to my Friday.
Sunday is my daughters first birthday, so I won't be doing any training.

*Important point. Label is incorrect on the percentage of Coleus Forskolin. It is 95%, not 10%.

Okay, birthday weekend went well for my baby girl!
Not so well for me. My weight went from 176 to 182!
Looks like too much good food, cake, booze, and of course, water.
Sadly more so I'm taking the week off from cardio/leg training. My left knee feels like it has a bit of tendinitis, so I'll rest it and see what happens.
Still going to hit abs, chest shoulders and back though.

Keeping the weight down is tough the older you get. The struggle is real!

Nothing new to report. Ready to get back to work next week. Weight is hanging at 180.
I'm sure it's just glycogen and water, d/t lack of training.

So I've switched up my dosing. Since I do most of my eating and exercise after 2pm, I'm now taking all 4 caps at 2pm.

Gave up resting for the week and worked out a little Thursday.
Did some bb front lunges. Took it easy and just did 95lb, 8 each side for 4 sets. Ss with 45sec planks.
Then got 2 sets in of 70lb incline db bench for 10 reps when my next appointment showed up, so I stopped to take care of that.
Full schedule Friday so no lifting.
Today I did some lifting at home outside. It was hot but not bad here in Phoenix AZ.

Monday I'm going to get a bench, bar, and bumper plates to be able to do lifting at home.

This afternoon went for a 3 mile run. What a difference 30 degrees makes. It was 105 outside.

Got s good swim in yesterday. Things are going well. Could be my imagination but I feel like my appetite has decreased a bit.
I haven't gotten really hungry in a while.

Been doing some minor full body stuff in my garage. Need a rack so I can get more weights.

Weight is hovering at 176 in am, 178 in the pm. Going out to the lake tomorrow after work to do some open water swimming. Hopefully I don't drown.

Today ran a 28 minute 3 mile run on the treadmill. Pretty stoked about that.

So things are going good. Been swimming, lifting an running like normal.

Back to my morning runs now that it's cooling off. Hopefully this will help me drop some more lbs.

Got a 7am run in last Wednesday, that's when I decided it's time to break out the jogger again.

Here's today's garage circuit.
It was a cool 109* outside so thought I'd try to give myself a heatstroke.

Tire flips- 368lbs x 4 flips down hill, 4 flips uphill. 3 sets
Bench press- 95lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets
Dead squats+high pull- 160lbs x 10 x 3
Overhead triceps extension- 3 bands x 20 x 3
Sandbag jump squat- 50lbs x 10 x 3
Db snatch 30lbs x 10e/s x 3
Ball slam 12lbs x 20 x 3
Face pulls 3bands x 20 x 3
Sledgehammer- 8lb x 10 swings e/s x 3
Rest for about 5min between sets.
Was a good first circuit I put together. I suck at making my routines, I usually use the ones I write for my clients.

Still going. Though I feel I've lost too much size. Especially in my chest and arms. Probably going to focus my strength training now with 1 day a week just on chest/shldr/bicep and the other full body circuit.

Decided to bump it up to 6 caps e/d this week.

So far I'm enjoying the appetite suppressing effects and good mood. Def leaner despite a big slack in my training the last few weeks.
Monday I did some strength training in the am and swimming in the afternoon. Nothing yesterday. About to hit the weights again now
