Type of training while "on"??

Wondering what method works best while on cycle? Right now I am doing maxOT style and I was thinking when on cycle to just do the same thing but more sets and of course more weight? Or should I change to higher reps like HST?

go with a Variation of Low Rep and High Rep Sets.

What would be recomended maybe 2 week low rep...2 week high rep?
