24 days into PP's 1-t (halfway)

I just finished my first bottle of 1-t. at 5 pumps it lasted 24 days for me. My starting weight was 185 and now I'm at 187. Very minor strength increases. Benchpress - 225 x 10 to 225 x 11. Trapbar dead lift 405 x 7 to 405 x 8 to name a couple. I have another full bottle left so im hoping ill see some more explosive gains in the next 3 weeks (I might bump the dose to 6 pumps a day for the last week).

I am on a slightly above maintenance diet (consuming slight more calories from protein sources - around 240-280 grams a day). I am a little disappointed so far but I have faith that these next 3 weeks should be great. PP is an amazing company. I used dermacrine with m-drol with pretty good results and Sustain alpha is hands down the best PCT product I've ever used, it blows nolva and clomid out of the water IMO. If anyone who has used 1-t for two bottles I would appreciate any insight you can offer. Thanks a lot.
 
yeah i hope so, but I am discouraged that after 1 full bottle this is the only progress i've made. I'll give weekly updates during the next 3 weeks to let everyone know how the cycle finished
 
Your best gains should be weeks 4-6 for sure. I have put together a 1-T consolidated logs thread in our subforum, so definitely check that out. I have a few questions though as well.

1) When are you applying the 1-T, how long are you letting it dwell between application and your next shower?

2) Where are you concentrating the applications?
 
I usually apply it at night after my workout shower that way it gets to absorb the longest. I apply it the shoulders and upper back and my obliques/ribs. i dont apply it to the chest, abs bc of body hair.

Ok, sounds good. The forumula itself is time released, so allowing for at least 12-24 hour dwell time is ideal. Applying to the upper back and shoulder is very good as well.

I say give this a few more weeks. It kicks in a bit quicker in some people, but there are possibly factors that contribute to this (I.E. differing amounts of quantitative steroidogenic enzymes within the skin, skin condition and exfoliation, or even time allowed for dwell.) If you have any specific questions, i'd be happy to answer them for you as well.

You want to keep your surplus caloric intake at least 500 kcals above maintenance to see best results in terms of size (If that is your goal with this cycle.) Many people that have used this product with maintenance kcal intake have noted some impressive recomp-like effects.
 
im on my 6th and final week of my 1-t run. I bumped the dose to 6 pumps a day starting last week. my weight is fluctuating but still staying near the same point (188). i will admit that I have not being throw doing as much calories as I should. I would call my diet a maintenance diet but I am still getting in around 250 grams of protein a day. but my carbs have been limited to around the time i workout. so i wont blame the 1-t for not giving me incredible weight gains because thats due to my diet. however, I am still very disappointed by the lack of strength gains. I have not made any significant headway since the start of the cycle. i am a little stronger in most lifts but nothing that couldnt have been achieved through hardwork off cycle with creatine (which i have no been taking so i could see 1-t's weight gain ability standalone). id say i have 5-7 days left if i keep running 6 pumps a day. i am thinking about just stopping the cycle now and sending the two bottles back.

there are definitely a couple things i could have done different to have seen better gains at this point, mainly just force feeding myself all day despite how problematic it may be at times. that said, i am still stunned by my lack of strength gains. i think PP is a great company and i will never do another PCT without sustain alpha. In fact PP's Recovery Stack worked so well for me that I cant wait to start my PCT because I keep gaining post cycle when i took the sustain alpha after my last PCT and keep basically all of my gains. that makes me wonder why the sustain alpha worked so well for me but the 1-t did not assuming that I have the right number of skin enzymes to convert the active ingredients. I would appreciate any input anyone may have, especially the PP reps. thanks for your help
 
bump for any advice from the PP reps? should i finish the rest of the 2nd bottle or stop the cycle now and start PCT? thanks
 
ha yup. i've also done several cycles so that might have something to do with it. i've run superdrol 3x with great success so 1-t might just have been too mild for a more veteran user. still im surpirsed bc i've seen great feedback from other veterans cyclers. weird.
