Not much has changed since that review. This is the only pre-workout I use. I'm up to 3 scoops before every workout mixed with Glycomyx. There is no longer a mixability problem with the GMS since they replaced it with Glycine. Still a 5 out of 5

Flashover is my favorite stim based pre-workout.
