Nothing natural is going to give you that much of a gain unless you have several months. But I'd say the best ones to look into adding would be Phosphatidic Acid XT, Alpha One, Anabolic Effect. -

Well moderating in that aspect could just be one coffee with the creamer, and one black. So you get one coffee the way you prefer it, and the second just as a pick me up.

It was a solid bench day for me. Our kids are really into the Peanuts right now so we are all dressing on that theme. Kids are funny what they get into.
