Let's assume I am taking the full dose of yohimbine. What is a better scenario that would provide the most "fat loss"?
A) taking the full dose first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and no food for 2 hours, but not doing any exercise afterwards (e.g., sitting at a desk).
B) eating a large pre-workout meal (lots of carbs), lifting weights for about 1-1.5 hours, and then taking the full dose of yohimbine about 20 minutes before cardio at the end of the lifting session.
