WTF kind of curls?

those are hammer curls although it looks like 1/2 reps that he's doing... you dont need to go all the way up with those
 
Hammer curls = thickness. The seated one he does build the peak. Not big...maybe not huge but big and i bet they feel like boulders.

EDIT: Oh i just say the JK, sorry haha its really late after a long day.
