I've been ordering magnesium malate off of amazon, because all the stores around here seem to only carry oxide and if they do carry citrate it's pretty much a ripoff. I came across this on the Walgreens site and I have a Walgreens right down the road from me.

I know nothing about how bioavailable chelated magnesium is, but I know chelated zinc is pretty decent so I'm just assuming this is good. I read that magnesium bound to glycine is good, but this is bound to glycine and lysine.
