That sounds about right. You are assuming the delta V is 0.86 or have you tested to see? I think most people use PGA. PEG tastes just as bad so I guess it make no difference.
Delta V is simmilar to Density (mass/volume). The difference is that delta V refers to the change in volume of a completly dissolved solute (powder). So if you added 1g winny powder to a graduated cylender with the PEG in it and the volume went up by 0.86ml, that would mean you had a delta (change) in volume of 0.86. That in turn means that 1g of winny powder will occupy aprox 0.86ml of PEG.
Can someone go over this with me? I am trying to find out how to do the same thing using winny powder. Maybe a PM with the instructions? This would be my first solution I have made.
