Ooking to try a new protein.. Which would be the best to use out of these 3:
Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex
Optimum Nutrition gold standard 100% whey
Optimum nutrition gold standard Natural 100% whey

What are your thoughts and experts opinion and breakdowns of each protein.

I tried ON Gold Standard Natural a few years ago, and it was pretty hard to get down. You get 100% natural, but you learn some of the artificial additives are what really give protein it's flavor. Personally I enjoy Select Protein by PES now. Started using it about a year ago and I haven't felt a need to try anything new. All if there flavors are on point.

As long as you don't mind it being less sweet, ON Natural is one I buy regularly. On pro complex would be my second choice.

Currently using BPI Whey HD and it is pretty good

I know this doesn't address your question but if you are looking for a natural protein the best naturally sweetened protein I have tried is Musclefeast.

Out of those 3, I would go with 100% Whey. If I remember correctly, Pro COmplex is a blend of different isolates, which you do not need unless you are lactose intolerant. If you are open to other suggestions, I would be more than happy to list some. Are you only limited to ON?

Speaking of Whey Isolates, ordered from American Pure Whey! I should have checked and researched first! Anyone use their protein since the company issues surfaced?

of those 3 I would go 100% whey. Though I am not a big fan of their flavor profile. Use to take that all the time when I was just starting out. Now I use IFN 100% Whey Brown Sugar and Maple Oatmeal Cookie.

I've used it within the last year or so... obviously with protein its difficult to tell "effectiveness" but I do have to say that their flavors are exceptional.

Their product is highly suspect.

ya i've read all the info on their lack of actual protein content and that the "testing" was done by a lab that happens to have the same address as their own company. Regardless it tastes wonderful and mixes easier then anything. And it's damn cheap. All signs of cheating the system though ha.

I stopped using them a few months after they initially launched. There were several batches that had rat feces in it. Now, they are having more quality control issues. I would never go back to them again, just with the rat feces.

Theres gotta be some micronutrients in the feces tho right?

Anabolic rat feces blend?

Optimum Nutrition

option 4 - none of the above
you really need to expand your horizons

Betancourt nutritions Big Blend
BSN syntha-6

I like the blends more than isolates. Plus the flavoring is on point with Betancourt and BSN

I would go with none of the above as well.

All the flavors of Protean are great, especially Brown Sugar Maple Oatmeal Cookie.

totally irrelevant to thread (but thread is blah anyway..)
did you know: BN is now owned by Vitamin Shoppe
true story

Really, I heard that Body Tech, Vitamin Shoppe's brand, was ON.

Anyways, the OP might be only limited to ON, so before we go suggesting other brands, we should wait to see if he says if he does have other options.

May have been irrelevant, giving him my opinion on another choice.

Anyhow, no I didn't know that. Doesn't steer me away from buy BN though.

I'm truly as picky as it gets when it comes to protein:

High calorie: Ultra Peptide
Whey: IsoFlex
Blend: Beverly UMP

I literally picked up 15lbs of protein every 2-3 months through their sales. 100% whey protein isolate, hydrolized (sometimes but only during bulking when I can't do peptopro intra-workout), or premium blend meals that are not after workout.
