Not that I need it, yet, but for future referrence I am trying to find which is better to reduce/control estrogen. Which would be better, Inhibit-E or Calcium D-Glucarate + DIM?
If you put some scenarios in play it would get you a better answer.
Also, inhibit e and dim will work together

Thanks for the suggestion, but I honestly wouldn't suggest adding DIM to Inhibit-E.
Inhibit-E is great for helping decrease estrogen without pushing it too low and it helps your body metabolize estrogen more efficiently and promotes a healthy testosterone to estrogen ratio.
We get a lot of doctor referrals for Inhibit-E from endocrinologists and HRT clinics and it has been shown to work so well that I would not add any additional DIM to it.
This is why I asked him for context. "Controlling estrogen" doesn't really tell us anything.
A person on nothing at all
A person who's overweight or a high estrogen converter
A person on trt
A person on a cycle
All these things may require different degrees of control.
If I asked you what's a better vehicle, a Porsche or a Ford ranger. Obviously the Porsche is "better" but what if I need to move a sofa..... the Porsche wont do me any good
Invalid Link RemovedI think you took my post wrong. I wasn't disagreeing with you that context is important, I was saying that I wouldn't suggest adding DIM to Inhibit-E regardless of context though bc the method of action by which DIM works wouldn't be needed to be added to Inhibit-E bc Inhibit-E already covers anything beneficial that DIM does + more.
If someone was going to add something else to Inhibit-E for estrogen control, I would suggest something that works via a different pathway like Cloma-Plex or PCT Assist, which have E. Cottonii in them.
But for most people that aren't using it after a heavy AAS cycle, they usually wouldn't need to add anything else to Inhibit-E.
Funny example - we've had more than one HRT clinic tell us that we should raise the price on Inhibit-E because they've had patients think that something couldn't possibly work as good as it does and sell for 29.99 or less and that if we'd double the price then people would just assume it was more effective.

How do you think Inhibit e compared to Arimahex?
Well, I'm on TRT for almost a year now. Lately, my stomach and upper abs get really bloated throughout the day, especially when I work out which I think is weird and has never happened before. I went and saw a gastroenterologist and he scheduled some blood work and put me on this medicine, forget what it's called, which hasn't been helping. My blood work came back with elevated liver enzymes, both my AST and ALT. So he scheduled an ultrasound for my liver, gall bladder, and stomach which I had done 2 days ago. I got the results back today and everything is fine and normal looking. So the only thing that I can think of that is causing this bloating of my stomach and upper abs is maybe my estrogen and cortisol levels are off. I did reach out to my endocrinologist to get more blood work done so that she can check those to see if I'm correct. There's no pain associated with the bloat, it's just uncomfortable.
Inhibit-E is a supplement that is designed to help reduce estrogen, help your body metabolize estrogen, and promote optimal testosterone to estrogen ratios.
6-OXO isn't a supplement, its a drug. Some people like it for PCT, but I don't know that hardly anyone thinks of that ingredient as something that could be used long term.
Good example of what Smont was saying about context being important.
Not sure about my kidneys since they weren't part of my blood work. Once I found out about my elevated liver enzymes, I purchased Liver Assist XT and Tudca. It could be estrogen and some people do experience bloating with elevated liver enzymes.
For what you're explaining, something like Inhibit-E would be good and is the reason we do get so many referrals from HRT clinics for it - because it will help your body metabolize estrogen better with no worries of making it go too low or out of proportion.
Kidney values alright?
The reason I'm asking is that if kidney values are fine, you could consider Liver Assist XT.
If kidney values are off, Kidney Assist XT would be a better option and already contains some ingredients that can help with liver values as well.
Correct but isn’t it marketed as an AI?

How long can you take Inhibit-E? Do you cycle it?
Yes, it is an AI but there's a lot more to it than just that, which is why so many people like it and why we get referrals from so many HRT clinics and endocrinologists for it.
Inhibit-E doesn't just reduce estrogen, it helps your body properly metabolize estrogen better and promotes optimal testosterone to estrogen ratios.
The write up is very in depth on it if you want to read more about how it works:

Yes, I did get CEL Tudca and looks like I'll be picking up some Inhibit-E as well.I think that will help you a lot.
Did you go with CEL TUDCA? Not trying to sell you on anything, the reason I asked is because there are a lot of products that claim to be TUDCA that don't meet label claims. Some other members have experienced issues and some have posted bloodwork of the differences they experienced with CEL TUDCA and some other brands. There are some brands that claim to sell TUDCA for less than the raws would cost for a legitimate product.
You can use Inhibit-E for as long as you'd like.
Some people that use it for natural testosterone and estrogen purposes cycle it, but most people that use it as part of their TRT don't cycle it bc most doctors want the levels to be consistent.
I meant 6-oxo is marketed as an AI

Thank you. Hopefully your liver enzymes will be much better next time you have your bloodwork done.
I think you'll be very pleased with Inhibit-E.
If you have any questions, I'm always glad to help. You're always welcome to tag me in threads or pm me or email me.
