Sounds silly at first but this is more to do with frequency

Cany you a) take them more than once a day and b) take them eveyr day if everyday is a workout day?

I could reduce to 5 times a week...

If you take it everyday, or twice a day, you will quickly build up a tolerance... to the point that you may barely feel it. I have been taking a pre for several months around 5 days a week, and reached that point myself. Im on a break right now, and just eat a piece of fruit before going to the gym. I now plan to only use it on very heavy days.

Taking it more than once a day will depend on the product and whats in it. If it has 300mg caffeine in it you don't want to take two servings a day. Also I think 5 days a week is the sweet spot and then taking a week or two break if you build up a tolerance.

yeah i dont do well with 300mg pres
im actually sensitive so i got for those with around 1-150

Been using The curse and also got USP jack3d advanced coming... the hardcore dust v2 etc ones ive sold as they are negative to my workout

If you are sensitive to stims then I wouldn't suggest taking a preworkout supplement twice in one day. I limit my use to 5 days a week so I don't build a tolerance too quickly too it. I will also take scheduled 1-2 week stim breaks every 6-8 weeks to keep the stimulants as effective as possible.

If you find your sweet spot to be in the 100-150mg range for caffeine, most products out now would be a bit overkill. You could always use a half scoop of some of the higher stimulant products to keep the caffeine intake at a good level. I use Hypermax XT as my preworkout, which contains 325mg of caffeine per serving. Using a half scoop would put you right in your sweet spot for caffeine tolerance, and it would deliver mental clarity, focus, and a pump.

You also wrote that you train every day. I would definitely suggest giving your body at least one day of rest per week. Staying active on a rest day is fine - doing activities like walking or low intensity cardio would be great. Hitting the weights hard and pushing yourself to failure every day isn't a sustainable approach to training. It will lead to increased fatigue and you'll eventually burn out. I would carve out 1-2 days per week where you let your body rest and recover. Working out breaks down the muscle, rest and recovery makes the muscle stronger.

As everyone has said it depends on many factors but, imo, if you want to keep getting good effects from your preworkout and not just be forced to take multiple scoops of a high stim pre to feel anything I'd limit your high stim preworkout to a few workouts a week. If you can't get through the day without a high stim preworkout at multiple servings I'd look at things like sleep quality, diet and stress levels before covering up the issue with more stims.

Depends on the pre.

If it is something like the new Alphamine, I would think you could use it two or even three time per day due to the low caffeine level.

A non stim, depending on the type, would be good for various times throughout the day as well. Pre workout and if you want a ittle pump before going to the beach, for example, that would be fine as well. VasoMax XT or High Volume would fit that bill.

Some "pre workouts" that are non stim should only be used once per day. This will depend on the ingredients. If you're looking at an ergoenic aid like Ergonine or PowerMax XT, only once per day is needed, but it could be taken whenever. It is suggested to take PowerMax XT pre workout because amento can help with performance the glycerol would be better utilized pre workout as well. But in the end, the cumulative effect of creatine and betaine will help your performance.

You could also look into nootropic products as pre workouts. If you have Haleo Mindset, for example, you could use that pre workout and throughout the day for a mental boost. It is caffeine free, so it would work great multiple times per day. Performax Labs' new NootriMax, which will be released in the coming months, can be used pre workout and any other time a mental boost is needed. I would not use it more than twice per day since it does contain caffeine.
