When to expect JW effects?

I've been on Jungle Warfare for a full week now and haven't really felt all that much different. I think I've read from people that it takes a few weeks to start feeling the full effects...true or false?

When have most of you started to feel it? Guess I'm just getting a little anxious...but would still like to know when to expect it.
