When should I get my estradiol levels checked first after starting test cycle?

I'm on 500 mg of Test-E per week. Started a few days ago. I've got aromosin on hand. Wondering when I should get my first round of bloodwork to check things. And what is the standard dose protocol for aromosin?

I see no reason to run labs on e2 when on cycle. If you were on TRT trying to dial in a lifelong protocol you want to know where to keep test levels to balance e2 and everything else.
