When I end my cycle next week I am taking clomid and zma..first off am I over doing it with both? Also my real question is this; how long am I supposed to take the clomid or zma, or even 6oxo? I was told 4 weeks, but that seems a bit long

as for a side note: I bumped up to 231 at 11% BF, my strenght is through the roof, my sex drive is on overdrive, but I am a bit more irritable(sp?) All in all I say great product

no, u r definitely not overdoing it by taking clomid and zma, that should work real well for u. as for how long it depends on how long u were "on", if u were on for 4 weeks, u should stay off for at least 4 weeks. usually u should be off at least as long as u were on, or even up to double.

thanks, but how long should I take the clomid and zma? I am staying "on" for 4 weeks, so I know I should come off 4 weeks, but the clomid and zma for that long?

You can run the ZMA as long as you'd like...as for hte clomid, Id run it 2 weeks. (or at least until you feel/see your jewels back to normal)
