When do I stop HCG and start Nolvadex?

I've been running Test E and Anavar 12 weeks and HCG 250 EOD the entire cycle.. (Anavar for about 6 weeks, not too consistent either with my daily dosage) It says to start PCT 14-18 days after my last shot. Do I stop running HCG after my last shot of Test? I've also been running Test E daily SUB Q.. so I'm not doing 250 x2 a week.. so does Test E still stay in my body as long as 18 days? Should I still be waiting two weeks.. and then yeah when do I stop taking HCG?

Yes. When you stop the hcg, most start their serm the next day.
