Hey everyone! Been gone a long time and just thought I would check in 
Been busy as hell: Grad school, laid off my job and now waiting tables agin "sigh". Looking to get back to working out again. And hope to start putting some of my time back into my first BB board. And since I am back from the dead I am hoping someone can answer this for me. How long can a person keep an unopened bottle of Novla? The one I have has the Lion on a red shield. Thanks for any input!
