It really won't make that much of a difference. One can carb backload and carb cycle at the same time. Carb cycling is just having a different carb amount for different days of the week nd carb backloading is just having your carbs at night. I do a version of this. I carb cycle and just save all of my starchy carbs for my post workout meal and second meal post workout, on higher carb days.
Recomping will just come down to how much over your maintenance calories you are over. Instead of being 500 cals over maintenance, just go 200 or so over.
