what should i take

I'm currently taking Superpump250, Size On, and ON protein but i have been on creatine for awhile so i need to get off of it for at least a month or so. I want to get on something that will get me good gains. Earlier I was contemplating getting on superdrol but everyone says that being 18 is far to young to get on them. Do you think a 4 week cycle of superdrol would make that big of a impact on my health? I would of coarse be taking milk thistle + rebound xt and all that good stuff. I just want to get on something that I will get great gains but I wont be taking years off my life lol. What do you guys think I should do/ or get on? thanks

Stay away from 'roids until you're one or both of the following -
-Knowledgable about steroids and their effects on the body.
-Over 21 and at least have made a good foundation out of your body.

Ziri, your knowledge never ceases to AMAZE me!!! :clap2:

Good advice, Bro! Popth3collar, Take it (the advice)!

[joke] On a side note I'll be doing a 6 week plex/drol cycle 2 weeks before my 21st and I'll have some novadex for post cycle therapy. :nutkick: [/joke]

I still don't understand how a 3-4 week cycle, If im taking Taurine, Red Yeast Rice, CoQ10, Milk Thistle along with it. Then Rebound XT afterwords would make a dramatic health issue. After that cycle i would be done with it and would get back on creatine. Some of my friends that are about the same age as me, have taken it and said they just noticed that they had more acne, cramped up a lot, and temper problems. It's just hard for me to undertstand how a 3 week cycle could be so bad for you

If you do not understand then please refer back to my first post. When you understand why you should not take it then you may -on your own- decide if it is worth the (added) risk at your age.

STAY AWAY FROM STERIODS AND DESIGNER STERIODS

but

You can follow this advice ----->

Upgrade your diet and include the following as a foundation for your growth:

Pasta, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, fish, turkey, chicken, veggies, fruit and plenty of water. I do recommend you add two or three protein shakes a day. Take one of those protein shakes right before you hit the bed. It does matter what you place in your body during the plan because that will show your results after your plan. If you eat nothing but junk food…it will show in the mirror. If you eat 90 to 100% clean during your plan it will show in the mirror and in your clothes. {I prefer the 98 to 100% clean diet. The two percent is needed just in case I can’t make it through the plan/cycle. The reason I started off with the nutrition is because it makes up 90% of the battle to change your body.

You will need to add the following exercises to your routine to add the mass and restructured your body: Squats, leg curls, calf raises, bicep curls, triceps ext, dips, pull-ups, back rows, deadlifts, bench press, incline press, upright rows, shoulder press and crunches. You must use FREE WEIGHTS. You might can play around with the Hammer equipment but don't try using the other machines to add size. The other machines are great for beginners and practicing the movements but adding size is best done with FREE WEIGHTS.

You have five months to get your size on before the first barbecue. It can be done. :afro:

At no point does that article seriously attempt to tackle the issue of developing youths taking steroids.
Taken from that article -
"It should also be noted that due to the steroidal nature of SD, those under the age of 21 should not consider the use of SD, which could be detrimental in a number of ways."

Please, continue researching...

No problem. You be surprise how many people your age or even my age that don’t know that information I gave you. I have been working out for years and I know tricks of the trade.

I'm just giving you the same advice I gave my nephew because he was asking me about steroids, when I visited last month. He think I’m swoll. {hehehe} Everyday he wanted to workout with me. :afro:

Lots of food and heavy weights.

At 18 you are producing test by the truck load. This is because you are still growing and maturing. If you take something now that messes with your endocrine system at this point you risk halting that process permanently. Plus you could end up having hormone problems for the rest of your life. If you don't know even this you obviously have a long way to go until you are ready for this kind of thing. Just because you would only be on for a few weeks doesn't matter. This latest round of orals are extremely harsh on your body and 3-4 weeks of taking it is more then enough time to do some real damage to your still maturing endocrine system.

You know that supplements will help you reach your goals. They will HELP. I would go for a X-Factor cycle at your age. I am approx. the same age as you, I have done 3 cycles so far, and love the product. It has been proven safe and effective, and there are tons of review everywhere. In fact, I had better gains with it that 1-ad. Yes I know I am under 21, and have done stupid things. Don't go there if you can. Other options could be JW, NHA stack, Powerfull...
