what exactly are ketosterones? because i can only find ketosteroids on pubchem and it lists ALLL the hormones we know that has steroidal ABCD rings with it.
and how are they beneficial to joint and anti inflammatory?
are they shaped like cortisol or something?
i just found out that i have super high cortisol level when I was exhibiting low cortisol symptoms so i dont want to take anything that mimics cortisol tahts all.
