Work out day supplement schedule.

Morning - creatine
Mid morning and mid afternoon - protein shake
Pre work out - Noxplode.
Post work out - Weight Gainer
Night - Creatine


is that tooo much? :wave:
 
should be fine none of the things are harmful and you need a lot of protein only question is how much creatine you are getting in each dose as that may have some affect.
 
Thanks for the reply. I am taking the creatine as suggested 1 scoop with 8onces of water am and pm. just started and not sure what the intake is on that 1 scoope.
 
alright ya thats fine then i was just wondering, But 2 sccops aday is fine just making sure u wernt taking like 4 i take 2 scoops a day too and basically the same format as you minus the weight gainer.
 
my only suggestion would be to take the second dose of creatine post workout. creatine always keeps me awake at night tho.
