What are you taking?

Hey everyone, this is my first post/thread. I have been a member here since the summer and everytime I had a question it was answered by using the "search". So I felt no need to post until now. I have never used gear before, and have done two m1t cycles with decent gains. I am about 5'10" and about 230. My question is to anyone that has used gear. If someone say a friend or acquaintence asks you what are you taking what do you say, if you did not want them to know. I think it fairly obvious when someone is on. I ask because I have had people ask me if I am on or have done gear and I easily say no. Just curious, what people say cuz I know some guys that are at my gym and they are on and said "Oh, I stopped doing cardio" (and gained 30 lbs in a month) or "Just creatine, dude"

Another quickie, for anyone that knows german, What did Arnold say to Franco in pumping iron when Franco is benching 315 and he laughs and cannot get another rep!

Here's what you say, "I'M ON CELL TECH AND NITRO TECH DUDE  !!!" But it only works if you grab them by the shirt and get all up in their face and look them right in the eyes like your eyes are gonna bug out of your head!

well i don't like using any gear that puts on a ton of water weight fast like dbol because i have f-ed up tendons in my shoulder and that rapid strength gains would kill it

but even when i do gain a decent amount of weight i just tell people i've been eating a ton lately and started up on creatine again ... i preach the benefits of food to others :)

Tell them it's magic dust...Just say you train and diet naturaly, people will either believe you or not.I have been training for 25 years and been accused of juicing even when I wasn't.Alot of times it's the people who never lifted a weight in thier life that makes the accusations....The hell with what they think, follow yyour on course.:)

Tell them nothing. It's nobody's business. If it's a gear acquaintance then it's a different story depending how well you know the person. Otherwise, keep it to yourself. Ramble off a million and one supplements that most people don't know about and the ones they do: creatine, whey isolate, arginine, carnitine, glutamine...etc... and then also include dosage amounts... it will throw them off most of the time and they will drop the question about gear. If they still persist just deny it and act offended if needs be. If they still don't want to believe you then **** it. You don't lose out on anything and yuo still obviously look good or else they wouldn't be asking you in the first place.

I just say I'm overeating and taking alot of creatine/etc to get over a plateau. Don't mention ph.

I've told people I train 4 hours a day 6 days a week like Arnold and that I eat chicken, eggs and oatmeal every 1.75 hours just to **** with their head cause it can get annoying.

Tell them you eat a lot of poontang, especially before the gym. Gauranteed next time you see him his girl will be all smiles and he'll still be doing curls in the squat rack wondering why he aint gettin no bigger.

I never thought the responses would be quite so interesting and funny. Thanks alot you guys are awesome. Oh yeah keep them coming cuz they are great.

tell them you have been partying like there's no tomorrow and eating taco bell and mcdonalds everyday.

oh yeah and that you recommend nitrotech... :icon_lol:

I tell'em the truth,... I got HIV3 and it's been nine months since I tasted pu$$y.
