Weird PCT question

Any have any experience growing body hair while in PCT? I'm a hairless, pasty white guy for my first 31 years of life, but suddenly now in PCT I'm growing body hair like mad. I mean my goodness, my 3 chest hairs have multiplied into a visible pile. I thought that hair growth was determined by test levels in puberty, so I'm wondering why now when test levels are low am I suddenly growing like cazy?
I know it sounds stupid but I'm serious on this one.
 
Your hormones fluctuate back "on" during PCT as well... I'm too damn hairy to notice a difference really ;)

you might turn into that hairy thing from He-Man Lol.I got funky black hairs on the backs of my triceps,weird sparsely growing things.It's just your hormones bro,wait till you get the hairy nose and ears :)
