Weightloss Noob !

I've recently burnt myself out on a biggg dirty bulk, actually quit working out for three weeks or so..but i've been back at it and during the bulk esimated went from 7 to 11 percent body fat. And i hate the way it looks so basically i've just been hitting the HIIT cardio for 15 minutes on off days, and either HIIT cardio or just a basic 15 min of cardio after workouts, i've lost some muscular size I can tell, but thats expected, im from 181 to about 177 now and some fat loss is apparent in my upper midsection, but i still have the dreadful pouch..my plan was to hit the cardio hard until i'm atleast at a comfortable level of ab definition, pretty much i'm trying to bring the balance of fat/muscle back together, then work on building cleaner muscle w/o the large rise in BF, Now basically all i've been doing is just the cardio, and lowering carbs, i've never really done a cut cut before, before i ever worked out i had a metabolism like hells furnace i had a decent six pack..but then again what skinny kid dosent lol, i'm worried if i incorporate a "fat burning" weight routine that it'll also de muscleize me lol I'm a pretty big noob when it comes to this stuff, as far as supplementation i'm just rockin with 6g a day of CLA ethyl ester, and potentially am going to get in leviathan, or LEAN FX, however all that thyroid talk scares me lol.

SO pretty much my question is for a decent six, because a shredded one impacts normal life way too much lol what are some key guidelines i should follow?

P.S I've noticed each one of my friends lift have noticed a neck fat increase maybe we're all paranoid but anyone else? and also during the "bulk" i was stackign two natural test boosters, how would one know if you had an "estrogen bloat"?
