How should my diet look? Should i eat slightly above maintenence, slightly below? or Well below to see those kinds of results on a compound like this?

first off:

what is your age?
what are your stats?
how long have you been lifting?
what is your diet like currently?

if question 1 is under 21, forget about PH use.
make sure your diet is already in check and your are getting adequate nutrients and plenty of protein.
