Velocity Diet ?

Would it be possible to modify the velocity diet and have 1 meal a day or does that defeat the purpose?

Also I'm currently taking OEP and E-stane, would the velocity diet be a good idea or a bad one? Anyone have any ideas on what diet might be best for this stack?
